My stay was during Ramadan, and there was not in room dinner service during 17.00- 21.00 pm which is not make sense for tourist. Even I ordered dinner at 21.00 pm, it took 1 hr to get food. It's not excepted. I were to cancel it.

Breakfast is start at 6.00 am, but food is not ready at 6.00 am. Compare with other hotel, when they said breakfast at 6.00 am it's mean all foods line should be ready by 6.00 am.

Aircond is not working I already complain the reception for the aircon but recepetion staff didnt take any action I stay 3 nights but very poor aircond kindly improve service

-Hotel rooms are old so it’s quite dusty, one of our rooms the bathroom has an unpleasant smell. - Rooms are not sound proof basically can hear the pool side noises and walkway - Lights in the rooms are quite dark & the air conditions are centralize so can’t control anything. - No near by eating places & not walking friendly to other malls - Coffee in the breakfast buffet can be improved

I booked a Premiere Deluxe room. The room was small for size and looked different than on Booking.command on the hotel website. But I got offered another room the next night when I complained.

Nice pool setting. The Asian buffet dinner was delicious and very good for value. The staff was helpful, friendly and attentive. I loved listen to live music in the evening at the foyer.

In central Medan which is pretty chaotic and not the nicest if places to walk around. Allow for 90 minutes minimum to get to the airport.

Great hotel, lovely helpful staff and very clean. Large room and comfortable bed. Nice to hang around the pool. Massive buffet breakfast (extra cost). Good place to stay for a couple of nights or on arrival/departure to Sumatra. Good value for money.

The treadmills at the gym all appeared in need of service. Some appeared to have electronic faults. Another was fine at walking speed, but was noisy and rough above 7.5 km/h. Consider repairing or replacing and upgrading. Some weakness in comprehension of my English, on the phone and face-to-face, resulted in minor service mistakes. Not being shown to the table on arrival for breakfast each day at the Kitchen.

Well done engaging a talented live band on Friday night. Standard of cooking for a la carte and room service was better than most. Promo meals seemed well-thought out, especially the Tamini I ordered.

It's obviously an older hotel, so some things probably need to be fixed especially in the bathroom.

Room: Cockroaches in the room and bathroom (big red flag). Room carpet was slightly dusty. I would suggest consistent pest control and cleaning maintenance (not just daily bed preps, etc)

Pool view and ambience was beautiful. City view in the hotel restaurant was also breathtaking. Room was spacious with great atmosphere.

All services, and facilities are great. No further comments. Its just that we constantly being reminded by the staff of different issues. I stayed here booking 4 rooms, one of them is with the access to the pool room. Total we had 8 adults staying. I know my family is from a remote area and staying in a hotel is not something that is done on regular basis for them. Things like, we were not approached by a security guard in the pool, telling us that its not allowed to eat food from outside in the pool, in fact we ate some fruits we brought from home while chilling on sun bed exactly in front of our pool access room. The phrase I remembered the security guard says was ‘ economy guests cant brought outside food’ and i was like: is it damn hotel or seating zones in a flight: economy hotel guests? Like we look like ‘orang kampung’ ? One of our family member took swimming towels more than two, and she was approached by a staff member telling her only 2 towels per room, without bothered asking for how many ppl is the towel and how many rooms are there. The my cousin responded ‘we booked 4 rooms, actually what I took is still not enough’. One more thing, my sister family brought in her kids, 2 of them are 8 and 10, were surprisingly was asked to pay 70k per kids menu. I thought kids are not counted. And never got any info that says so. Anyhow its only kids under 10, one can imagine how much they could eat for breakfast. I think staff of the premises need to retrain on how to treat people without any prejudices, and be kind to others. And I hope the premises could also mention it clearly to the guest (write somewhere) if you wanna take a little money from kids under 10 for their breakfast. This way we wouldnt raise questions. Fyi, i mostly stay in Aryaduta since years ago when ever I come to Medan, however this treatment, makes me to reconsider other options in the future.

There was no hair dryer. In-room massage was very nice, but the lady offered "special massage" (if you know what I mean), and such kind of offer shouldn't be made if the massage is officially offered by hotel.
