hotel could use some interior renovation. it look old (design wise) but everything is still functional. One unpleasant experience is that our keycard could not access the room TWICE. when my kids really need to use the bathroom. so have to go to reception. they said because its too close to mobile phone?

the smaller pool was nice, quiet. Rather than the bigger pool that is crowded. the jogging track was useful

Our spacious cabana, looked lovely and inviting from the outside but when we walked in, it was obvious that it needed a deep cleaning (curtains stained, walls dirty etc), and a new paint job. Many of the floor tiles were cracked, chipped or broken and the room just looked tired. There were very few outlets, so charging electronic devices was difficult. The toilet ran most of the time we were there. We didn't bother reporting it as we were only there for 1 night and didn't want to deal with maintenance people in the room or to change rooms. Unfortunate interaction with the front desk staff; we asked to have our credit card charged in local currency vs US dollars and they said they did so but the printout reflected differently and we could not get them to change the billing. Our dinner bill was processed as we asked in local currency with no problem. We wanted to sit outside in the open air dining, but there was a nearby race track with squealing tires that interfered with having a dinner conversation or relaxing. Not our best experience overall.

Nice location and setting, away from the busier center of Jakarta, easy freeway access to and from the airport. Main lobby and dining areas inviting, clean and well kept. Great Bento box dinner and nice wine selection. Lots of amenities for recreation, which we didn't have time to take advantage of.

As the villas/bungalows have wooden door frames, which do not fit tightly, you can be visited by lizards, gekos, and small ants. Little disconcerting in the middle of the night with the lizards. The rest of our party stayed inside the hotel so did not have this issue. You also need to apply insect spray whenever you are outside - night or day. As the outside stair case has marble steps it's very slippery when it rains. My wife slipped on the last step injuring her back. Staff ensured the steps were immediately dried but it could have been such different story if she had hit her head.

The location was picturesque and the wedding we attended was on the linked golf course club house. This was very well organised and the food was excellent. The hotel breakfast buffet is authentically Indonesian with limited European fare. Be aware that beer is around the same price as the UK, but wine was over £20. The local shopping mall across from the hotel has a huge food forecourt where food is incredibly good value and very tasty.

The outdated room. The old tub and toilet on the bathroom. Carpet on the room was a bit dusty and dirty.

We love the pool (the one with the kids pool). The whole outdoor feeling really remind us of Bali. Pool guard staff was mostly standby near the pool for us thats really a plus regarding lots of children there..good job! Breakfast was okay.

The room/bathroom was looking a bit tired.

The facilities looked nice, however as arrived late in the evening and left at 5.30am the following morning, I was unable to sample your breakfast or facilities.

Maintenance could have been improved. The bath and shampoo bottles looked disgustingly dirty and the white towels look almost brown. I was given a free upgrade due to my Booking.com genius level but the upgrade I was given (villa 2007) was more like a downgrade even though it was much bigger than the deluxe room I had booked. It’s so badly maintained - door was faulty and I actually felt unsafe in that villa that I asked to be moved back to the main building block. The person who attended to me when I asked for the move back was rather rude. Perhaps he is not even aware of the dilapidated state of that villa. However, all the other staff there were polite and understanding.

The room was okay. Not very clean but quite comfortable. I found the bathtub was not extremely clean and there was pieces of food under the bed (that I found when I was double checking that I hadn't left anything). There was one front office staff that was not particularly helpful and kept throwing the problem back to us. But that was quickly made up by the staff I found the next night.

The breakfast was amazing! Different variety every single day. Continental as well as local cuisine. The staff were ready to help and went out of their way, especially at the front desk, the kitchen and the dining room. We had a small issue with our booking at booking.com/the hotel's head office and the front office staff went out of their way to ensure we got what we needed.

Our room old and run down. Could do better if they do a renovation. They used to have lots of options for breakfast. The swimming pool a bit dirty. Hopefully next time when we come back, they already fix everything, as we really like to stay there because we have great memories at Arya Duta.

Nice garden with friendly staff. Great food at the restaurant. Had dinner before we checked out and the food just excellent and the staff really gave their best.

Furniture is very dated, and the cleanest isn't so great, especially the bathroom. Needs lots of improvement.

The pool is an awesome, beautiful landscape and surrounded by greenery. It is very rare to find in the middle of the city. Breakfast foods are delicious.

Parking lot need more lights and pathway with roof to cover from rain

Convenient location. Even though the hotel is near main road and shopping center, you will not hear the traffic and crowds.

The room was a bit outdated (especially the carpet, which was really old) and the kettle didn't work.

The pool area was great. The room was comfortable and the staff were helpful. The views were lovely.

Unfortunately it was impossible to sit on the patio for more than a few minutes because there were so many mosquitoes, every hour of the day, maybe because the cabana was next to a bushy, green area. This is not something the hotel can do much about but it may be good for other guests to know that it is not worth booking a cabana if they do this because they think you can sit outside. There were also quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room, somehow they managed to get in, and this was very annoying. The first day, the shower only had boiling hot water, but this was fixed the next day. Overall, the cabana looked a bit tired and worn, and not as clean as one would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Big bungalow type room (cabana), good bed, big shopping mall with all kinds of shops and food just 5-10 minutes walking away, The hotel complex is a quiet place away from the traffic in the street. The staff were very service oriented, helpful and friendly.
