We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The rooms are comfortbale and clean and the location right in the center of Palembang and near to the mall and restaurants. Really suitable for a family to stay.

IndonesiaEvident signs of wear and tear can be seen from the furniture, e.g. torn fabric on chairs, crooked floating bedside table. Breakfast selection not up to par for a five star hotel with watery pot coffee. Lack of accessibility, restaurant is only accessible via stairs and lobby escalator only goes up.
Friendly and helpful staff, plenty of facilities available for a fair room rate (with a free upgrade for Genius users) such as a working bathtub in a Deluxe room, spacious playroom for children, and swimming pool. Central location next to a shopping mall.

IndonesiaThe timing for the pool and the gym were too short. If only they opened 24/7 for the guests, it would be more comforting. Too many young people there so the gym was so noisy with their loud disco music. Never know who chose the music, the staff or any of the guests
We were visiting a friend in Palembang when we spent the night in Aryaduta. The place was strategic, surrounded by restaurants and malls.

AustraliaI was not too impressed by the restaurant staff and the pool staff. I went down to the restaurant few times for breakfast and the staff always seems to be unorganised and unfriendly. I understand it was during holiday seasons and it was busy, but honestly it's hospitality industry they should know what they signed up for. A little smile and empty talk won't hurt. And maybe keep up the speed with the table setting since its busy. The pool lady was also unfriendly and seems to be slightly rude. I took my niece to the pool for a swim and since there was a slide there of course she wants to play on the slide. This lady, came to my niece and told her to stay off the slide instead of coming to me and inform me the reason why my niece shouldn't play there and let me get my niece off the slide. And honestly if there was safety reason they should of put up a sign.

AustraliaThe only thing is there's not allot to do , but that's okay , if you want to relax and experience a new culture go for it , I will go back .
The staff , the location , the breakfast menu was very Asian which i loved , but did cater for westerners also. Being hardly any westerners go to Palembang , I was surprised that some of the staff could speak a little English, so well done. I need to learn Bahasa. Palembang apparently has a high crime rate and me being a westerner in a city were nearly everyone is traditional Muslim , to be careful. I went to Palembang Square and other places and never once felt uneasy and people were always polite.
