As many others have said, there is a lot of signs of wear in the room and property (cracks in the walls, loose deck planks, holes in the corner of the roof of the bathroom, loose toilet, pealing of the paint in the bath tub, water damage, and lots of scuffs were just some of what we experienced). The toilet and bath weren’t very clean, and my partner allegedly found rat poop in the outdoor crockery draw. Though I know it might be hard to control we also had a fair few ants roaming about on the deck. The pool had so much chlorine in it, it was kind of hard to stay in for long periods of time and to not shower immediately after swimming. It was a shame that only the outside TV had Netflix connectivity as, during our stay, it was far to hot and humid to relax in the outside area. The buffet breakfast was okay- not great, not terrible, and unfortunately there isn’t really much around (within walking distance) where the villas are located, so we ended up pretty much only getting room service for lunch and dinner as there really wasn’t a huge amount of restaurants to pick from.

The private pool is definitely a bonus and it’s nice having such a spacious private space to yourself. The room service food was also delicious.

Total disappointment. The location is far from everywhere. Even when I first entered the hotel, I carried my belongings. It's really a shame for the money you spent. I definitely do not recommend

The room only had 1 usable power outlet near the bed.

Breakfast was great, Villa was very private. I spent 4 nights there and only saw or heard another guest on my last day.

Our Villa was at the 2nd location while the restaurant was at the main location. It was only a short 5-7 minute walk between the 2 locations or they do have a shuttle car that they run. For us it wasn't a big deal, for others it may be which is why I'm mentioning it. Also the overall location of both properties is away from the main Seminyak area. We chose to get a taxi if we wanted to go to Seminyak as there was at least one main busy road that we would have to cross and it was about a 30 minute walk to the start of the 'main' street.

The place is old and dirty, things were not maintain. It looked so different from the photos. I was utterly disappointed with the place. Not worth for money paid,it doesn't look luxury at all. Nothing like the photos. I will not recommend to stay here.

Staff attitude could be better relative to Bali standards, our villa needs a bit of refreshing as it has an old feeling, it was not very clean (stains on the bed sheets, outdoor sofa has stains and holes and the miroir inside the room was damage from the humidity

The pool was not exposed to the sun at any time in the day. Wifi pretty bad. I couldn't even properly use whatsapp. The breakfast area was distant from the room therefore u would need the buggy to reach the main Villa area.

Staff was nice and room very modern and clean. The buggy was always ready to bring us back and forth.

nothing about this place was good it was rundown and dirty the staff did not clean the swimming pool in the 9 days never changed the bedding and breakfast was a joke
