The towels have stains and the toilet floor mat looks dirty. The drainage design at the shower area was not good. The water flow to the toilet easily and wet it.

Value for money. It offers land transfer and discount for massage.

My room was facing the road, the noise from the road is very loud, maybe the sound proof at the window side wasn't as good as the other part of the room, still had a good sleep because of the comfy bed. Shower head is mounted and is a bit too close to the wall, not able to adjust the angle, for a bigger body size might have difficulty to bath without touching the wall. Toothbrush provided has a very hard brush. Room was a bit smaller than expected or what we see in the photo. Breakfast with quite a number of choices but the taste was just so so. The graphic on the TV was very blur. Maybe not a good location, nothing much can be reached by walking distance.

The bed was so comfy! I just didnt want to leave the bed in the morning, had a really nice sleep. Water pressure for shower is powerful. The hotel and the room is very clean. there is a lot of mirrors in the room makes it looks classy. Enough power socket. Staff was friendly. Lobby area is spacious, have enough seat for the guest to have a seat while waiting for transportation (grab/ taxi etc)

The floor mat was not clean and stain. The breakfast spread can consider vegan food. The shampoo and conditioner bottle should change mount fix canister style ...save the earth better with less plastic.

The reception area.. the lift has good fragrance smell.. the walk way to the toom was clean and neat. The room is spacious and comfortable.

The shower screen is too short, so it is not able to cover the water from spreading all over the floor. so it will become very wet and a bit slippery. and shower head should be movable i/o fixed it.

Breakfast did not have much variety. Linen and towels also had some stains after changing.

Location was quite accessible to some malls. Room was spacious and comfortable, got a free upgrade as well. Live performance during dinner on one of the days possibly due to an event.

When checking in time , I request for early check-in at 12.30pm-1pm.. smoking room they said fully booked room not ready yet." I understand. So that i went out for lunch and reached the hotel at 2.30 pm. Still, the room is not ready . Non smoking is available. But my hubby need to smoke.. so that I book for smoking room . The front desk told me to wait for 20 minutes . I waited until 2.55 pm . The front desk guy never approached me . So I went there, he said it was still not ready , it took 10 mins again . Patiently waited for 15 mins .. no one came to me and never explained the delay. Then my hubby approaches , and ask for manager .. finally, the manager got us the room at 3.35pm . Manager offer for ferrari or some other visit. My husband rejected the offers. We need room to take few mins rest only .. I feel disappointed with the staff, who didn't approach us and talk about the delay . **I checked out the next day, 12 pm( 23 feb) ...

It's a new place. Clean, hospitable and reasonably priced. Rooms are decent. Staff are really attentive to visitors. Morning BF is awesome with their wide spread. Overall, will come back.

Rooms facing the main road will be a bit noisier than those facing the back of the hotel.

Did a group booking for 20pax but despite that, check-in process was fast and smooth. Rooms were decent and clean. Walking distance from shops nearby and easy access to grab/cabs. Beds and pillows are clean and comfortable for a good night's rest. Hotel location is quite for peaceful sleep at night. Absolutely love the water pressure in the bathroom! Good selection of food in the breakfast area and food was good.

Passengers lifts will take just a little more waiting time if the hotel is fully booked. Definitely will understand on this small little matter.

The rooms and facilities are in excellent condition. But it's the staffs that make this hotel a gem. Especially Housekeeper Tommy and Front Office Erwin. Keep the the good work! I will definitely make this hotel my first choice on my next trip to batam.
