Hate to say it but it really wasn’t clean. The room was pretty outdated and grimy. It had been sprayed heavily with air freshener and the sheets and pillows were all sprayed as well which is not nice and makes me wonder if they were cleaned at all. We have stayed at other places in Ubud for same money that were a lot cleaner.

It was a really sweet room and the hosts were very friendly. Nice central location too.

The bathroom was very dirty. There were ventilation holes and gaps in windows where many bugs, lizards and cockroaches made their way in. With a bottle of Baygon each night it was bearable but not the most pleasant stay knowing they were about.

The staff were excellent. They couldn’t have done enough for us. The room itself was nice and spacious, though a little dark. A lamp or something other than the 1 ceiling light would’ve been nice. Right on the main square of Ubud, location was great.

The place definitely needs some renovation. You can see it's quite old but after all it had everything that we needed.

The owner of the guest house is so nice and helpful! All family is super friendly. The location is ideal, right in the city center, close to a supermarket and good restaurants. There was hot water which is not always so obvious in Bali.

In the bathroom has rain shower, it's good when you wash your hair at the same time taking shower but if only taking shower you hair will also wet 😅. There is no wall hanging in the bathroom. Room, bed and bathroom are not clean

The owner is so nice, kind and sweet. The hotel location is so good. There are a lot of shops, restaurants, money exchange, motorbike and tour information services around the hotel.

I had a room facing the street. Thankfully during Nyepi, the streets were quiet. 🙂 The water pressure could be better.

My first accommodation I booked months ago was full, so I had to find another place for Nyepi. I stayed two nights. The owner is so kind and sweet! She brought me fruit and tea. The environment is very calm and peaceful. They provided towels.

When I wanted to check in I had to look for who's available/working there. My room was on the street and therefore a bit noisy, but honestly Im not complaining for the price I paid!

Great value for money. The room was clean and the I enjoyed it for a night. Th location is so good because you have everything around you. The bathroom was good with a great hot shower.

- WiFi worked so so - the water leaked out of the bathroom causing the floor in de bedroom to be wet. (luckily the bedroom is very big so you could still step around it haha)

Good place in great location close to great cafes as well with a Short walk to market. Good breakfast in the morning. Good friendly staff. This place has a spa salon attached where you can get great a Balinese massage. Owner is very friendly and can recommend on some activities and trips.

We stayed for 6 nights which we felt was too much for this place in terms of no towel changing, no cleaning of room and lack of ventilation due to no window. We coped fine but someone else mightent. I'm basing my 10 score off a stay for a lesser amount of time. You do get what you pay for though and overall it was a good stay.

Great location and reasonably priced spa. Owner was really helpful and great to contact via whats app about trips/taxi. Room was very cheap and great value for a 1-3 nights stay max. Air conditioning was good and bed was comfortable.

Wifi didn’t work (signal didn’t reach the rooms), rooms were next to a noisy road, windows didn’t close, no mosquito net (but to be fair we didn’t get bitten) shower drain flooded when we used it, tap in friends bedroom didn’t work, overhead fan had thick layer of black dust, bathroom didn’t feel that clean

The location was in the middle of central Ubud, easy to walk everywhere - shops, restaurants, Yoga Barn, Monkey Forest. Affordable (we paid $165k for a fan room)
