SingaporeAll the towers are old and yellowish. Pillows are also old and there are stains of blood inside.
The staffs are very helpful and easy to communicate with. I had a trip to mount Ijen that I need to leave at 12am. They helped to pack my breakfast ahead(my booking includes breakfast) The hotel is also quiet, not bothered by the Ramadan mosque sound.

breakfast was the best, quality, quantity and especially the deliciousness. they have the best cook in town I didn't get stomach ache, which usually a good measure to the quality of the food the only place that provides help yourself water refill which is unlimited and is hygienic

ChinaThe hotel is a bit old style and the room is very small- around 26sqm only. It is not as fancy as it looks from the photos. The food from the restaurant isn't outstanding, they claimed there are Chinese food in the menu but I wouldn't agree
It is close to the train station and transportation is convenient. The hotel is big and staff are nice and professional. We got a very nice welcome drink when we arrived.

GermanyMy room had a significant smell of cold ashes from past smoking - even if I asked explicitely for a non smoking room (what I also need to sign at check in, that I'm not allowed to smoke in the room) - but it was not over dramativ. The big minus point from my side is the location: Far away from the city center and more than 1km from the next street with restaurants - or better said Indonesian street food stalls. Also far away from public transport (bus station, ferry etc.). This forced me always calling a Grab Taxi to everywhere I wanted to go (which was quite expansive in the end) and to dine in the hotel own restaurant - which was OK, but not more.
Business hotel with good facilities (Spa, Pool, own restaurant etc.). Rooms well equiped and clean Kind and helpfull staff (even if sometimes a bit over ambitious, but in a nice & friendly way)

BelgiumWe ordered some drinks in the afternoon at the pool, but it took more than 30 minutes to get then even though there were nearly no other costumers.
A good location relatively central in Banyuwangi (more or less close to bus, train and ferry). The pool is a great asset, with a nice lounging area. Staff is friendly, and there is ample choice for eating at the property. The rooms are spacious and clean as well.
