Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Singaporewere told to wait almost 1hr for check in. arrived at the hotel at 2pm but were told to wait as the room wasnt ready yet. before of the minimart across the street. ALWAYS ASK FOR RECEIPT ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE PAYING BY CASH!! TAKE NOTE OF IT.

SingaporeCons: The closet railing was a tad too high for someone who is not 5'5 feet tall. And the fixed glass partition serves no purpose. It's more of a hindrance when you're hanging your clothes.
It's one of my go to hotel when I'm in Batam. The price is a bit higher in comparison to other hotels of the same ratings. But, the breakfast spread is awesome. Spacious room with super comfy and the aircon is nice and cool. The concierge and security staff never fails to great you with a smile and help you with your bags. I love how friendly and warm everyone was.

SingaporeThe swimming pool is too prominent that nearby to the lobby and restaurant. There is no privacy. Cleaning standard upon arrival to the room need more attention in details especially the bathroom area. The mini fridge in the room is not cold at all, so redundant. Breakfast buffet need more varieties. The menu quite the same each day.

SingaporeThe only thing I didn't like is when I checked in the room found that the cool bar was not working needed to call the room service to get it check. They brought in another one to replace but unfortunately not working than have to call again for another replacement. The staff were helpful and got it replaced again. I think what you can do in future before letting the guest check in please check everything is working so it save us the trouble to get it fix when we check in. Otherwise everything was great!!
Staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel room is big and spaces cleanliness is visible all around the property.

SingaporeThere’s sauna but seems like not in use for a long time. Nothing much in the vicinity so have to grab every time going out but it’s ok because Grab is relatively easy and fast. Big breakfast spread.
Clean and reasonably sized room. The gym is big with many equipment, one of the best I have ever seen in Batam.

SingaporeOn the first night, got stuck in the bathroom for an hour because of the faulty door... Had to break the door and went down to the lobby, told the staff about it but he said all the rooms were fully occupied and we had to wait till morning to change to another room. Got annoyed with the hairdryer as well, it will turn off automatically after 40 seconds? And have to wait for another minute or so to be able to use it again. It took me super long for my hair to dry completely.
Love how it's near to malls and convenient stores. The staff in the day were super friendly and efficient. Great variety for breakfast as well.
