Tye shower drain was blocked so that was a bit of a pain. And ran out of water while there. The place could do with a bit of tlc just looks bit run down. The boards on the ground were soft and about to break out by pool. Having fresh bottles of water available would have been nice as other villas provide them. The air con struggled to keep the room cool , think may need to upgrade. It also needs lights in pool fixed as they were not working for night swims. And I see it jad a waterfall at end of pool that was also no longer working. The pictures of villa are obviously taken from when they were first built and looked lovely compared to how they are now. I also thought we were in a diffrent villa that is on the pictures when booking so booking. Com need to sort that out. Having an outside fan in kitchen area would also be awesome .

I likes the kitchen and the pool overall nice place to stay. It didn't have a smart TV and I asked them if they had one for us and the staff were very nice and borrowed on from another villa. Staff were very helpful and nice.

Can sometimes be noisy from the street but bali in general is and this can be dealt with quite easily. Some of the amenities in the rooms could use some maintinence and care, mine was fine my friend had a few minor issues we didnt raise with the hotel as he didnt need them. Did have an issue with a driver arranged by the hotel when we transfered to Ubud, whether this was in their control or not they did not do much to help when we called because he insisted on charging us an extra 100k idr when he knew exactly where he was going, the hotel said to pay him as it was far but this was all pre-arranged. The experience was good but this left a bad taste in our mouths, while 100k is not much it still should not have happened. Just be aware if you arrange transfer to confirm details with the driver before moving so they can not play silly games

Bhavana is a comfortable to stay, the staff are friendly and attentive. It is very private and has everything you need in the contained space. Also many good resturants in the surrounding area on the street. If you stay in room number 7 you may have a feline visitor to keep you company, he is very friendly. Also say hello to michael the turtle in the entrance pond. Staff made the rooms.each day and set them up for the night to prevent visits from mosquitoes. Overall a decent place to stay.

Our neighbour one night blared really loud music until early hours of the morning and this wasn't regulated. It was impossible to even try and sleep it was so loud.

I would skip the breakfast. Me and my partner got really sick after the breakfast. It’s not very clean in my opinion, they clean the pan with the dirty water before making a new egg.

The property was quite old, definitely needs some doing up with the decking around the pool and the walls etc. We were originally placed in room #1 at the front which was close to the main road and we could hear all the traffic - ended up moving down to room #17 and staff were very helpful and much quieter at the back.

The staff were amazing, especially Siska, she was super helpful and helped us with whatever we needed.

Bathroom/ shower/toilet and kitchen wasn't very clean but bed linen and towels were always fresh daily with housekeeping. The bedroom aircon flow was blocked by the closet furniture. And the bedroom lights way too dim for my liking had to use phone torch. Wood floor panels at entry needs maintenance for safety.

Private pool. Location and everything you need in walking distance including cheap massages. 24hour reception. Turn down service. In-house cooked breakfast by staff. Large fridge to fit slabs of water and drinks. Daily housekeeping. Bed mosquito net and provided coil every night was hugely appreciated but luckily as I read previous reviews I had packed my own as extra precautions and it was needed. Lots of access to sun for pool time. Bluetooth radio available.

The villa was not well kept. Furniture is old, not everywhere was cleaned properly. Generally can be considered as pretty dirty. The utensils were insufficient and at day it gone missing. The terrace was super hot as the ceiling fan is almost one story height above us which gives no air at all considering the weather was crazily hot. Netflix only available on the TV at the terrace. We can’t be lying in bed all the time watching the in-room tv or reading as only the bedroom has AC. We literally sweating waterfall as soon as we step out of the room, sitting at the terrace.

The staffs are excellent humble well mannered and made us feel so welcoming. Generally Balinese are really kind people. The villa with a private pool is really nice. Landscaping is beautiful especially the frangipani tree is my favorite. Location is pretty near the busy street however the shops are nothing much interesting. Anyway Bali is the island to chill and relax. Not a shopping spree.

The villa that we were staying in needs a lot of updates and repairs. The toilets were constantly getting clogged and the drain in the bathroom was getting blocked. One of the fences above the kitchen had completely come off and was dangling on the edge. Some of the lamps in the bedroom were not working.

The staff were very friendly and nice to chat to. The location was also very convenient and centrally located. We were greeted by very helpful staff that went out of their ways to assist.

Pool has been neglected in maintenance- broken floor tiles in pool, no water fountain and chipped apart wall feature and tiles surrounding pool. Decking all warped and boards not nailed in properly and flip when morning anything like a pram or suitcase over it exposing sharp side of nails. Floor mats need to be provided upon entry to tiled area as if any water from pool directly connecting, or rain, tiles are a hazard and immediate slipping issues. Cleaning seems great with team of 5 coming through at once, but they simply push a dirty mop around and don’t sweep properly so anything on floor just gets pushed around and ends up under cabinets or furniture.

Great layout, staff were amazing. Loved the indoor and outdoor shower options. Great turn down service each night of mosquito treatment, bed canopy prep and lights on and blinds down (nice touch). Had in Villa massage treatment which was amazing and great value. Disks from front reception was amazing!! Recieved a message from her immediately upon booking via WhatsApp and she was so helpful every step.

Lots of mozzies but staff come and spray the room with their turn down service. We also just bought mozzie repellent coils from the convenience store which helped heaps.

Villa with private pool was spacious with everything you need. Breakfast was included and cooked each morning in our villa. Pool was amazing and got lots of sun. Lots of channels on the TV to watch movies. Staff were helpful and kind. We loved spotting a turtle and colourful koi fish in their fish pond. Accommodation is close to convenience stores, chemist/24 medical centre, and massages. Not far from busier spots. We loved eating at Aussie BBQ, gloriam glamour and grill, ling lings, forge pub and shooters. Thanks so much! We loved our stay.

Great location for the property, around a 5 min walk into central Seminyak. Breakfast was lovely each day and was great to have the staff cook in your room. Staff were very accommodating and came in each day to clean our room.

fantastic location - short walk to Main shopping Street of Seminyak. we explored many local cafes and restaurants. lovely staff - so friendly and helpful. unfortunately the floors were dirty when we got there. any concerns were promptly dealt with by the wonderful staff. agree with others that it’s a little run down but you need to take the price into consideration here. we enjoyed the private pool and the huge comfortable bedroom

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The villa was amazing with lots of space and a lot of sun by the pool. It was kept clean every day with a comfy bed and everything you need ! Location is good with being a short walk to ether side of Seminyak.
