Run down facilities, no mini bar, had to constantly ask for fresh towels, even with dirty ones piled up on the floor not removed daily. Complimentary airport transfer booked and checked and double-checked the day prior, but unable to be found on the day. In-house meals are outsourced to an unknown external provider = cold meals. The pool had loose / missing tiles, scum line around the edge, and slimy algae growing on the first step. Rotten wooden decking.

Located close to excellent restaurants, shops, and beach. Friendly staff. Personal safe. Good air-con.

The place 100% needs a revamp. Our villa was not clean, there was visible dirt on the floor, the "cleaners" came in for about 7 minutes, swept the place quickly emptied the bins and left, and it seems that's what was done before we checked in also. We did not even use the loungers because the cushions on them were filthy and we're somehow constantly wet. The swimming pool had constant leaves and dead bugs in it, which we know ls easy since it's outside but a bit more attention to detail from the staff and maybe use a net to remove this daily would be good. The wooden slats were broken and popping out at the side of the pool where we couldn't even roll our bags through, the blinds were mouldy and visibly dirty. The bathroom floor was FILTHY as well as the shower head and glass of the shower and there was dirt under units and the countertops weren't even wiped down. It's a shame because we were really looking forward to this place.but unfortunately the pictures look a lot better than what it actually was. It needs some TLC , a nice revamp and just do up the villas a bit and it would do great. On top of that, they offered us breakfast on the floating baskets and we were very excited, so we said yes. After they cooked the breakfast in the villa, it was only then that they informed us it was an extra charge for the baskets which was fine with us, but they demanded that we pay instantly, which we felt kind of took the excitement and charm away from doing the floating breakfast, as we could have just given them the money later or on check out? Also the swimming pool turned out to be actually too deep for the floating breakfast anyways as we couldn't actually stand comfortably enough to eat (5 ft 11 man and 5ft 6 woman for reference) so I would save your money and do it elsewhere.

The bed was very comfy and the bedroom itself was nice. The staff started off being super friendly and provided us with their number if we needed anything at all which was great. The swimming pool was nice. Has great potential but unfortunately we were disappointed given how much we paid

It was very dirty - pool had lots of green slime in it, nothing was cleaned while we were there except they changed the bed sheets when we asked them to and towels when asked. We were there for 10 nights. Wooden walkways lose and broken, day beds dirty.floors and bathroom very dirty and run down. Definitely not worth what was paid for.

Staff were nice enough and prompt to fix minor repairs - shower head broken when we arrived lounge bed broke whilst there.

Poor maintenance of the room, dirty and run down. We had light switches and wall sockets hanging out of the wall with exposed wires. The apartment was very dirty, from hairs in the bed, stained towels, dirty fridge/freezer. The pool lights were detached from the pool wall and were submerged in the water wires and all. On the facility list most of the items were missing from the room. Would never stay here and certainly would NOT recommend.

The villa was not up to standard with the cleanliness at all, when I arrived no one gave me keys to the room, there was pee in the bathroom and was not cleaned. The pool was dirty and there was chewing gum around the pool. The fridge was dirty and mouldy and the kitchen was not clean either

Did not like almost everything... The place was run down and very dirty. Kitchen supplies covered in rat and lizard droppings. No hand soap in bathroom, shower racks greasy and dirty. Place was big disappointment and not as advertised. We asked many times for pictures of actual units as on site was clear pictures not one unit but many. I called and wrote but did not receive reply until too late to cancel.

The location was good and most of staff were kind and apologetic. Staff kept saying how owners never took care of property.

Cleanliness of facilities. The pool is dirty that my partner and I didn't dare to use it at all. Same for the bathtub in the toilet. Our shower room is leaking. Floor will get very dirty after it rains due to flooding. Straws keep falling form the ceiling and there was a snake in my villa.

I like that breakfast were cooked fresh into our own kitchen by staff. The bedroom is comfortable.

Property is not clean. Outdoor sitting area couches are dirty. Pool is not cleaned up during the stay. Did not even want to swim once. Cutlery and plates need to be cleaned after checking in cause they were not properly cleaned either. Bed is not comfortable and get squeaky even with sitting down gently. Poorly designed for rainy weather where there is overflow of water from kitchen to the living room. Towers and robes given are 8/10 dirty and have to request many times. Breakfast was pre cooked for dishes like fried Rice or noodles. and brought to your villa then they reheat it up for you so don’t expect a freshly made breakfast. One time, they don’t even bother to heat up the meals and served cold to us. Security box key was not given to us and it is held at reception which is very unusual. Did not feel safe to leave things in the room.

Breakfast cooked before coming to room warm at best, Balinese Coffee, a teaspoon of ground coffee put in a cup, undrinkable.. Pool missing tiles, small holes in corners on roofs, some repairs being completed. Toilet seat loose, rooms need a facelift, complaints made noting done about it but if you get a really good price.. you can't complain
