Refrigerator is too lightweight and falls all over the place when you load it. NOT COLD. Also the PLACEMENT OF THE SAFE is ridiculous. I could reach to lock and open, but because it is so high (on the shelf above the wardrobe) it is IMPOSSIBLE to see inside. I used a long pen to do the final check to see if everything was out of it before we left. NO USB ports in the rooms, so be sure to bring your adaptors (they use GB and European adaptors here).

The staff throughout the hotel whether it's food service or front desk or housekeeping, are ALL very nice and accommodating. Location is GREAT for beach access. The staff arranged for us to have a boxed breakfast on our two first mornings as we had tours that left before 7 a.m. When we went upstairs for the actual breakfast, it was GREAT! Also, both restaurants on site are very good, too. Downstairs near the lobby is more casual; on the 5th floor, a bit more for regular dinner dining. Beautiful views of the beach from the 5th floor pool and restaurant area.

Only flag is that the chlorine levels were really high in the pool which reacted with our sunscreen dying our swimsuits green. So maybe wear dark coloured ones...

Location is right on the main street- super convenient. We walked everywhere. The beds were SOOOO comfy! Excellent view of the beach and coast from the rooftop! Staff were amazing - super attentive and friendly. Thank you Gita and Nanda for a smooth check in process. Thank you to the staff on breakfast/housekeeping/restaurant service as well (too many to name) who all provided excellent service.

Take down the awful metal rack that disturbes the view on the roof top. Or at least paint or do something with it. We had double glass on our balcony door but could still hear fairly loud the night music very near. Its ok, we still could sleep.

Supernice staff. Very welcoming and best food we had in the 4 places we stayed at. Gym not big but ok. Nice view over the ocean at the top. Fpr the room we got an upgrade and the dinner coupon!.

Due to festive period, the jam from one location to the other can be quite bad,

About 3 mins walk to the beach. With lots of eateries nearby. The staff are friendly. Noise level is acceptable when there’s no fire works.

Initially the noise from the streets, but it’s inevitable because of the central location and when i mentioned to the staff they moved is to another room anyway.

They moved us to another room which had less noise from the streets! Customer service is really good, location is right next to the canggu beach so it’s quite convenient to go back in and out of the hotel. Breakfast was also really good as they have a lot of options plus good quality.

There were a few questionable stains on the curtains as well as almost all the bed sheets changed throughout our stay. The location is great is you’re looking to party all night but not great if you’re wanting to get a quiet nights sleep as the party still continues loudly outside your window.

Balconies looked in on each other so very little privacy. The hotel is starting to feel a little tired and run down. The pool area could do with some maintenance.

The photos of the rooftop pool were a little misleading, but we didn’t spend much time at the hotel anyway. We got a good deal on price so just used it as a comfortable base, but would have been disappointed if we paid full price as the hotel was a little basic

Greater selection of food on the menu on the rooftop , there was a lack of vegetarian options and variety.

This hotel was in the greatest location, perfect for travelling with friends. It is very close to a lot of popular bars and beach clubs, such as The Lawn and Old Mans. Additionally, there are mini marts close by, as well as plenty of places to choose from for lunch/dinner.

It is noisy due to the location but that's not something within the hotel's control, just something to consider for your stay. I just put in earplugs to sleep which did the trick. The upstairs deck/pool area wasn't as big as the pictures make it seem however there is still ample seating/pool lounges and we never struggled to find somewhere to sit.

Rooms were good sized and had everything you'd need. Pool was nice, not too cold but still refreshing, and had nice views of the beach. Food from the restaurant was tasty, well priced and lots of good options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really good location, close to lots of shops and restaurants that are all within walking distance or a short scooter ride away.

I guess parts of the hotel are looking a bit worn. The rooms over looking the main drag would be very noisy. Drains can be a bit smelly. But really, very little we didnt like
