The corridor walkway was too dark for me. I hope they use more bright light. Toilet floor not clean properly, body shower already empty,and the pillowcase not wash properly.

Complimentary snack is good during check in. Love it when they using hi google. Nice hotel, so many selection of food, have spa massage

Comfortable and clean. Food was also good especially the breakfast buffet spread. The traditional local herbal jamu drinks served was pleasantly nice! The staffs were also friendly and helpful. Location was also great if you are heading to Juanda Airport.

One of the front desk member not aware that we are muslim and she shouldn't recommend us to the non halal restaurant (we asked her the nearest and nice food).

Shower was’t good. Water was going fro hot to cold to really hot to cold. After 1 shower my bathroom was under water, the drain was troubled I guess.

Good room, clean, closer to airport than hotels in the center, large breakfast.

Access to the property and parking lot within the hotel’s basement is limited in spite of available parking area not far away from the premises.

carpet in the room was dirty when we checked in (so they changed the room for us - thanks). They should keep 1 or 2 hand towels in bathroom; just 2 bath towels are not good enough.

Nice breakfast, but the food is not warm. They should use chaffing dishes (to keep food warm/hot)

Ants on desk, initially there was quite an odd smell in the room once we entered but gradually disappeared, insufficient parking space

The hotel is located in the “kampung” area. When I was browsing the hotel through booking.com, I just relayed on the big name of Aston. I didn’t check in details the hotel location. Because of the big name of Aston, I was thinking that this hotel is located at main street. I really got a shock when arriving in the hotel. Parking area is too narrow and the bathroom is smelly.

Room is big and comfortable. Breakfast is okay for 3 stars hotel.

The reetaurant is amazing, and it's not expensive. The amability of the employees. We arrived at 9pm and restaurant was still open. The bed was so confortsvle and the room was really clean. Good option to get a hotel near of the airport

Bed sheets were a little bit moldy. Hotel intro starts to play on the TV every time the power comes back in. The service was not was I expect from a Hotel in this price category. The receptionist was quite terse and to the question I'd there was anything else we should know she just responded with "No smoking". But when we tried to go to the restaurant the waiter told us in very broken English that all the tables were reserved so we had to eat in the bar on the top while the staff already rearranged the tables.

Pool was quite nice. Rooms were small but well furnitured.

- paper-thin windows allowing all the noise from the nearby mosques. You can only sleep in-between the prayer times which are a couple times a day (also at sunrise)!! We couldn't get any rest even with earplugs and a pillow over a head :( - shower drain does not allow for enough flow so after 4-5 mins the water floods the entire bathroom - no area to relax by the pool, there are only a couple of armchairs with a coffee table and the pool is really small. You also have to cross by the Sky Lounge to get to the pool. - When we wanted to eat at the Sky Lounge, all tables were full of uncleaned plates and there was no staff member. When somebody finally came, he told us the lounge is open from 4pm but the poster on the elevator said it should be open from morning till late night. - there is no dining options around, except a McDonalds at a mall and a very few warungs. - long waiting times for room service.

- beautiful decor in common rooms & nice, clean bedrooms - friendly, helpful staff - appliances working well (TV, AC, wi-fi) - delicious Gado-Gado salad at the restaurant :)
