Had a bad experience with the massage parlour in the hotel. We had made reservations but our slots were given away..And the shower tap in the room was broken we had a hard time showering.

There is an opaque glass wall between bathroom & room that could be eliminated or at least an extra curtain can be provided over that.

Hotel location in Bandung was very good - on the main road but a bit away from city bustle. Very close to a nice mall where we went for dinner in the night we arrived from Jakarta. The hotel is also a short taxi ride from the Bandung railway station from where we travelled to the hotel. The room (family room) was excellent with two beds - one large & one single for our comfortable stay with family (my wife & son). The breakfast spread was very good. The bathroom was spacious & good. The room had a nice view of the road outside.

Basic facilities. Only two treadmills and one treadmill in gym wont go above 8km/h.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with excellent value for money. Staff very friendly. Excellent breakfast!! Really enjoyed the large selection of breakfast buffet- theres something for everyone; even a cotton candy machine (a real hit among my kids!)

The front lobby, where the car pulls off with the guests, is too busy. It blocks other guests' access to the hotel. Strict traffic management can improve this.

The hotel is in a good location. The room was clean and comfortable for a short stay. Breakfast is quite delicious with a variety of options.

The location is near the gate of Pasteur highway, so it was quite okay in terms of intercity connection. However, the intra-city could be quite jammed due to the heavy traffic near Pasteur. Another minus point was the low availability of the lift and the parking spots and the long wait for the lift access.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the bathrooms were excellent. Plus, there were plenty of options for breakfast.

The Lifts can be better improved. During our stay, 1 lift was doing maintenance and the waiting for the operational lift was long. Also, the operational lift’s loading capacity is under its safe limit, I.e. the warning alarm goes off even before reaching the SWL of the lift stated in the lift car (1,000kg).

The breakfast selection is mouth watering. Many selections.

I have no really good experience on bfast. - I order cheese omelet with less salt and pepper. and the lady who incharged there has told me to come back at few minutes due to queing order. however,after 3 times I asked there, my order still not ready yet. event the chef busy with other kind of mix omelet for other guest. and the chef incharge at omelet station also looks tired. no smile, no greeting, no apologize at all while I am asking my order. Than I canceled my order since I almost done my bfast. other than that, some of food were display cold on the buffet. it should be hot or warm. like; broth for soto, gulai nangka, potato country. hope it can be good feedback for your improvement.

Things that I like from the breakfast are: - fast respon from service staff while serve & clear up dirty dishes from the table. - variety of food and traditional items like jamu. bandrek, bajigur. very interesting. - variety and ala minutes made of pastries and dessert. I love the french toast. - location was excelent.

The elevators are too slow, we spend a lot of time waiting for the elevators. Besides, there are not enough tables in the restaurant, so it was hard to find a vacancy during the breakfast time. Finally, the soundproofing of the room is not very good, you can hear the noise outside clearly.

The location is good and the hotel staff are all friendly.

It's a bit unfortunate for me, I got a room with broken windows seal. Due to that, a lot of noise coming on the first night but they tried to fix (temporary) on the 2nd night.

Breakfast was good especially if you like Bakso and Indonesia famous noddle as they served this during my stay. Room was clean and comfort (supposed). staff was friendly and helpful. As addition location is not bad and quite close with mall although is not walking distance.

Firstly, the lift system appeared slow and lacked a centralized approach, causing delays and inconvenience. Secondly, during breakfast near the coffee station, there was an issue with water dripping from the ceiling onto our food. This raised some uncertainty about the source and cleanliness of the water.

The bellboy, receptionist, server, and room service teams all demonstrated superb professionalism.The breakfast experience was particularly delightful, with a superb selection that exceeded my expectations.

I had none. Since I don't have certain expectations during the stay, but it was really comfortable. I had a good night sleep and the food for room service was really delicious beyond my expectations. The room was a bit, well, enough for the price I pay but not so bad. Overall, I'm satisfied with our stay here at ASTON. Be it I don't experience facilities such as Gym and Spas. The Jacuzzi was not available at that time (during the weekends or weekdays I forgot), but no problem with it.

The food is so delicious I had a lamb curried fried rice, the room is really nice and good value for the money. The staffs are helpful, attentive and friendly. The room and environment are clean and smells nice. The view is nice too, we got a good one overlooking the street and views of the part of Bandung.
