We stayed at aston to celebrate my nephew's birthday. During the check in i have informed the staff whether there is complimentary for birthday, They said they will prepare it. Until the D-day, we need to call more than 3 times for the complimentary whether we will receive it or not. Finally they served it when I was angry during the call. We stayed at suite, there are 2 bathroom, one bathroom, the drainase was leaking and the telephone in the room several time not working.

the whole building looks old, and a little bit run down. in the first 3-4hours we went to our bedroom, we can hear drilling sound very clear from our room. we were told by the house keeper its the upgrade they do for safety reason. perhaps if the noise can be put into minimum, it will be better. maybe the worker can be equipped with noice cancelling instrument (foam?) whenever / wherever they do work.

Sitting in the villa lounge is inappropriate and constantly moving, and there are no foam backrests for the back (only artificial bamboo), with no carpet. TV is small. There is no heating in the main pool (cold weather). The water in the Jacuzzi is too hot.

The breakfast is good, so many kind of food and good taste also. Location and car parking is very good acces. The reception is helpfull and kind.

The lunch spread was acceptable, breakfast i would see getting boring after 2 days. The AC for the suite was a mixed bag, the living room had strong cooling, but the bedroom, where it mattered the most, took half to day to get even cold enough.

The layout for parking car, some elevator doesnt work, the staff is slow with their job , maybe is post covid and they dont ready for the influx of guest , not smooth checkin and checkout process

Room condition: ripped bed , bad odor from the trash bin in the toilet (u must clean it properly especially if you didnt put a plastic bag inside of the trash bin..it's very dirty and smells bad..sorry) . Taste if the food: you must pay extra attention re: the taste of your menus.. ive tried nasi liwet with veggie and mee goreng, tahu gunting, ur bread, and omellete... unfortunately only omellete that i can enjoy to eat..the score for the taste of ur menu/foods 5.5 out of 10..nasi liwet taste like nasi putih, the quality of the veggie is not good, mee goreng totally undercooked , tahu gunting served cold and not delicious, and texture of your bread is not good. . Pool situation: will be appreciated if you could clean it regularly since the water full of twigs, leaf, even a fly... . CS: will be nice for your staff to open his shoes first before walk into the room for setting the extra bed..thank you.

The hotel, i think, comprise of several building, so you have to take a time to walk to your room. I have to take 3 different lift from parking area to my room at 2 floor.

The room is clean with balcony. The breakfast menu is various and they refill immediately even if it is near to closing time.

Overall food was so so.

There are some activities kids can do such as feeding rabbit, chicken. There is small lake with boat you can ride on (not sure if there is additional charge). Room is a bit old, but beds are quite comfortable. Not far from hotel are some new places ypu can go for dine

Well the bca building is quite missplace blocking the resort. As a responsible global brand, Aston should be leading for sustainable practices, such as not using water bottle anymore, replace it with refillable water jug and dispenser. The toiletries, please replace with family size container that is not single used. And for toothbrush, please replace it with bamboo, you know why :) Furthermore, renewable energy usage would be splendid, such as solar pv or micro hydro. Thank you for considering our inputs!

The mountain view is refreshing, with small pond with gooses. The location very convenient, walkung distance to taman budaya with lots of restaurants and cafes.

The hotel feels a bit old, the pool played loud house music all day which didnt fit with the surroundings at all, the massage was ok. The main photo of the hotel is a bit misleading because you can only see that view with a drone. The best thing was the friendly staff.

The service was really great. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. The rooms were clean and the shower hot. The breakfast was abundant with a lot of choices, especially for Indonesian tastes. Also a good selection of breads and pastries.

We asked for extra bed. They promised to send it in 10 min, but at the end it was more than an hour. The egg station at the breakfast session has a long queu . Other than that, everything was great

We stayed during a very busy weekend. But they handled all the guests pretty well, even during the hectic breakfast in the morning. Our kids loved the lake, ducks, mini zoo at the back, children playground (indoor + out door), and also the horse ride. The room was very spacious, well maintained, n really clean.
