Beautiful place to stay in Nusa Penida - glad we chose to go here over other places as the location was perfect for us (longer trip to Diamond Beach but very close to Crystal Bay and other fabulous attractions), the bungalows are absolutely stunning, the restaurant on site is lovely, and most of all, the staff are extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. We organised a private tour to swim with manta rays, turtles and fishes through this hotel too, which was an incredible experience! Thank you to all the wonderful staff ❣️ Also, I would recommend this place to Muslim travellers as you have the option to have a completely private villa with your own outdoor space/pool if you’d like, and they said the chicken used in their kitchen is Halal and from a Muslim supplier.

Everything perfect! We stayed at the villa with private pool, you got all you need there even if the shared pool also great. The view, the price it’s all perfect for you who seek a peaceful place to stay. Not forgetting the food that tastes absolutely amazing, from sides main and desserts they are all delicious 100/10. We could literally stay there for a whole week without leaving the place! The staffs also incredibly helpful, they’re just one fingertips away from whatsapp. They’ll be there for you any time

The staff is amazing. Especially Diana. They go out of their way and are always so kind. The grounds are stunning. We had a room with a pool and it was outstanding.

Perfect location. Nusa Penida is very hot but there was always a cool breeze up on the hill. Very quiet, away from the touristy sites. Delicious food at restaurant. Friendly efficient staff.

We would have liked to be informed of what is available at the property. We discovered we could rent motorcycles only on the last day.

Don’t even hesitate to book a stay at this wonderful accommodation! It’s not easy getting around in Nusa Penida, but the staff at this hôtel were able to organize everything for us, from the harbour pickup/drop-off to the daily excursions to the beautiful wonders this island has to offer. We were even able to customize our daily excursions as we pleased. The rooms are beautiful and as everyone mentions, the attention to detail is top notch. The facilities are perfect and the pool is wonderful. The food at the restaurant is mouth watering good! Thank you for everything!!! What a wonderful stay

Beautiful views across the valley, it feels very exclusive, and luxurious. The rooms were very comfortable, and the food and drink in the bar/restaurant were excellent.

The location is breath taking. The hotel handles payments of all extra curricular activities. Breakfast was plain glorious. They were also very flexible and helpful with our needs. Rooms are spotless, everything is. The pool is amazingly set towards the wild jungle. Restaurant has a decent sized menu but with impressive execution. For a remote location deep in the island I was greatly impressed by all the dishes they served.

It was a dream.

Absolutely the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in my life. The beauty and elegance of these villas are beyond one can imagine. The staff was extremely helpful and the restaurant had incredible food.

Location is a little bit remote and not much else around apart from another property right next door where we could hear the kitchen from our room but not really a major problem.

Quite complicated to get there, shuttle service was at an additional charge. Got food poisoning from the accommodation’s food one of the days of our stay (did not eat/drink anywhere else except at hotel)

Beautiful location with a great view. Modern amenities and friendly staff. Restaurant on-site had delicious food and drink. Breakfast was included and was very flavorful. Reception was particularly helpful with coordinating rides to and from port and scheduling excursions.

-Nothing comes to mind. If I had to be nitpicky, you could say that a small doorbell for each of the grand suite villas would be helpful for guests to know when staff are at the door.

-Staff are quick to respond and help via Whatsapp -Staff think 2-3 steps ahead. -Very easy to coordinate transport to and from Banjah Nyuah port w staff -The food cooked by the staff is delicious -Staff struck the right balance of wanting to help while not being too intrusive. -Staff were mindful that we were there for our wedding anniversary; gifted us with a few complimentary things. -The color and design of the place serves the ‘restful getaway’ vibe. We loved the design theme that complimented the view. -Extremely clean facilities
