It's hard to pin-point the lacking for this facility. To me, good enough.

Everything. Friendly staff - Frida, the room service, the surprise, and above all the hospitality provided for every guest. Maybe need to spend more time here!

The variety in the breakfast mainly after eating few days it feels repetitive.

Really convenient location. The room really spacious and has all the necessity. The staff are really friendly and assist whenever possible. Would visit again for sure. The washing machine free service is excellent with families staying for more than a week.

I would prefer to have a hotel on the beach as it was 10 min drive to reach the beach.. the hotel has free shuttle 3 times a day

Nothing we loved staying here

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the whole stay from the lovely room, the location to the amazing staff who helped us with anything we needed (organised a driver for day trips and taxi to our next destination). The food at the restaurant was good, breakfast even better. The resort was well designed with nice gardens too. The restaurant is by the reception and pool so we could sit back and relax while the kids safely swam. Loved staying there I think the staff made the stay unforgettable 😊 .

Nothing really

The facilities are really lovely and well kept. The food is also great, free breakfast was a bonus. However, the stand out was every single staff member who were so friendly and helpful at every turn. I had a birthday whilst I was there and had cake given to me and "Happy Birthday" sung by them all in the restaurant. It really made the day.

The apartment at Avani felt like an oasis to escape the sun and fun of Seminyak. We felt like we had our own space, with all of the amenities of a hotel on hand. The staff were so helpful and accommodating - the free beach shuttle service was excellent and the airport transfer was also really convenient.

We stayed in the 2br apartment. It was modern and clean. The beds were so comfortable. Can’t fault it. 4star worthy of a 5 compared to other hotels. The staff made us feel so comfortable. Free water bottles daily. Free Self service laundry. Love it with kids.

Pool is small. Most rooms are pool villas so hotel has a small pool. Only 1 restaurant on site which serves as breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar venue.

Rooms are big, kitchenette well stocked, staff is very helpful, no buffer breakfast but set menus had reasonable variety and quantity.

would be great if the hotel offered deals on tickets for main attractions, also some sun lounges for those who love soaking up the sunshine.

rooms were massive and clean and new and super comfy. staff were super friendly and service was prompt. Location i really loved, a little out from the main drag which was nice as it was super quiet at night and felt very private and secluded. great value for money

Nothing - it was an absolute delight to stay.

The location was great with easy walking distance to both parts of Seminyak and to the beach and we found a short cut that took us over to Jalan Legian. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The pool was great and the villa included a grassy outdoor area, seating and a separate living space with TV and kitchen facilities. And the bath is easily the most comfortable bath I have ever used anywhere! They even have a guest laundry where my husband was able to wash his sweaty Padel tennis gear each night!
