Good, but not really quite at inside room, I was still heard a motorcycle noising.

The male receptionist. I dont know what his name, because when the first time we came, his behaviour looked not really good. Always looked for us and the worst was he came and said that our luggages , he would be asked security to help him. And he keeps stand near us. Me and my husband was thinking he might be expecting money. But we gave him already. The second one when we were waiting at the lobby, he sing a song. We heard that. I was worked in hospitality before 5 star . And I know the rule become a Receptionist or Reception. We must be have a good behaviour in front of our guest. The first impression from the guest is RECEPTIONIST Thank you 😊

- Room that we stayed bit comfort. - Breakfast menu especially all the dessert in the fridge which is good.

Only minor point - Not clear when/how we would get our laundry back.

Good water supply provided along with tea/coffee supplies. Room to dry small items on fenced in balcony. Good location with mini-mart shops walkable. Vast choice for breakfast. Very helpful staff

1. parking area. outside park is too cramped and still have to share with event guests in the area next to the hotel 2. basement parking. very not recommended design. too narrow, broken turns, inconsistent grooves. and what's even worse is that there is no security standby so there are random cars blocking/interfering with access in and out of cars in the basement 3. human error. chef at dinner. i order Aglio olio prawn, but there were no prawn at all. and I had to pay full.

I have to call a few times to get my extra bed. and to clean my room. they didn’t allow us to watch the fireworks from the pool at new year eve. had to leave by 10am. should have given an exception since it’s new year. the view was exceptional from the pool.

location it’s middle of everything. and they accommodated my request for extra bed. and late check out with a fee of course.

As an avid coffee drinker, I'm sorry to say I didn't enjoy their barista coffee! Nor the machine coffee at breakfast... Sorry team, but it was a real let-down and one of the few occasions in my life when I simply couldn't drink much of the barista iced-coffee ordered. Staff need to notice this and do something!!!

I found the staff very helpful and professional. I was very tired at the time and found their assistance very welcome.

Better light in the bathroom! The light only gives of a shimmer and i would like to see myself clearly in the mirror. The breakfast could've had more choice..

Very nice Ambiance, cool Architecture, i especially liked the open floors, so not smoking in the room was no problem because the smoking area was so close, always helpful and forthcoming staff

Breakfast Layout Poor. Especially the outdoor. It was too many people and no one to assist in seating. I was having breakfast alone and prefer to seat outside. I chose a table near the door, a table with 2 chairs, while I was having my coffee, someone took my chair. No staff was around. One staff offered to bring my order (2 croissants with jam and butter), but never came out. So I went back and ask for my 2 croissant, the staff (woman), said that my colleague has forgotten to bring it out. So I said to her, I'll just wait for my 2 croissant.

I stayed on the 3rd floor so I can hear noise coming from the street.

I needed to stay at the hotel for a night for work as I couldn’t work from home. I like the property as it’s close to where my family live, it has good internet connection, the room was clean and amenities were complete. My check in and check out experience were seamless and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
