Cleanliness could be better, stayed for 5 nights and one of the day when I came back after work the sink has ants not sure where they were from.

This is my second stay here and I choose a bigger room so its more spacious compared to my last visit. I do wish that the hotel shares some nearby cafes or stalls we can get food from, but staff was always very accommodating and friendly.

Broken hardware and fixtures. The bathroom layout with shower is lacking in a lot. Some of the breakfast offerings are low quality and should be reviewed. The bananas were bitter.

Some of the hardware and fixtures in the room are breaking and installed poorly. The washing machine room has a dryer but the dryer has a broken knob. The pantry room on the 3rd floor looks like it has never been cleaned and there was an army of ants walking around the pots and pans. The shower is actually kind of terrible because it's installed with a glass panel and the water just flies everywhere and there's no curtain or anything to stop the water from soaking the entire floor. If there was one thing I could fix it would be the bathroom.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast options for breakfast buffet, good swimming pool and comfortable room. I asked the staff at the front desk to print something for me and they were able to do so in a very quick fashion and for that I am very thankful.

Hard to walk to any eatery place as its located in small roads but can easily 5 mins away to Lotte Mall, 8 mins away to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia.

Location very near to the office area and not to bad of a traffic since my office is only 7/8mins away.

Had a great stay in Ayaka Suites. Clean room, comfy beds. Free bottles of water every day. Fridge in the room and facilities to make tea/coffee. Kind staff. First class spa treatments in quiet atmosfere.

The rooms are quite worn down, there are a lot of marks on the walls, the linen are clean but with holes and stains. The room smelled a bit moldy. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

The hotel has a very nice lobby, Restaurant and pool area. The beds are very comfortable with really good pillows. The room and the bathroom are big. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, we also had dinner here wich was very good. We received 2 bottles of water avery day and there is also a refilling station. Call for prayer is really loud coming from several Mosques so it is quite impossible to sleep past 4 wich makes serving breakfast from 6 great.

For travelers wanting to visit Old Town, the location is awful. We had to travel for ages in traffic to get there and back. Same with the connection to the airport. So if you are in Jakarta to see something, get accommodation that is as close to it as possible and preferably next to some train station. Shower could do with some cleaning. Don't go there for the swimming pool unless you are an exhibitionist :D It's right next to a restaurant.

Breakfast was excellent! Room had a window that opens, which, we've found, is not a common thing in Indonesia! :D We could leave our backpacks at the reception after check-out.

The hospitality is not really there especially for the receptionist who turned her body around when we need her help. The foods for breakfast tend to running out and they take quite long to refill.

The hotel is clean, smell's good and the room is quite spacoius. Near to local shop selling food etc.
