1.The scenery is fantastic, with a wide view of the sea that looks beautiful from sunrise to sunset. 2.The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with many restaurants, especially Rinca Restaurant, which is worth experiencing multiple times. I really like the Indonesian fried rice and fried noodles here. 3.The staff are very friendly and professional, especially Tino who guided us in hiking and trekking. He provided us with a lot of help along the way, and we sincerely thank all the hotel staff for providing us with a very pleasant stay experience. 4.The hotel offers a wide range of activities, and both the full day trip and snorkeling trip are great. The boats are new, the food is good, and safety is also well-maintained. The only downside is that the tours are a bit more expensive compared to outside tours. 5.The room is clean. I really hope to come back here another day😄

Nothing major, excellent hotel.

The jetty and bar at the end was a nice touch. There is also beautiful reef to swim around at the end of the jetty. Room was clean and comfy while the food was on par with most hotel food expectations. Our private tour to Komodo island was also able to pick us up from the hotel jetty which was perfect!

A couple of small points to achieve 10/10- for breakfast, it’s a good idea maybe to let f&b know who has an early boat trip or check out. Please also always offer the breakfast box to these individuals and one idea is to ask for pre order the night before if they want room service or restaurant breakfast before 7 am because they have a boat trip. This will help your f&b department to prepare. Frozen smoothie bowls with coconut water, dragon fruit, banana etc and proper chia puddings with unsweetened almond milk would be a lovely addition to the breakfast menu. Also, I don’t know if there is much demand but I would like maybe to go to the fishing village on Komodo and understand their life a little more and how we can contribute as tourists. Finally, the biggest complaint is that it was necessary to leave - see you next year 🙏🏼

The service from Eki at reception and Andri on the boat was particularly outstanding but tbh all the staff were absolutely lovely. The atmosphere of the hotel is very nice and facilitated by the layout which means everyone is constantly going from lunch to dinner and pool and back again. It reminded more of group villa trips. The hotel is spotless, the pool, the views from the rooms, vegan options for lunch and dinner. There is a lot of to like and upon reflection more nights were needed.

Location was great. Facilities were very good and staff excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone went out of their way to help and we were very well looked after. higher charges for airport transfer , 7 times higher than normal taxi which I feel it’s a rip off. We saw one cockroach in the bedroom which I believe for 5 star resort this is unacceptable. also , all water activity is really expensive compare to what outside operator offered .

the staff were very friendly and accommodating . they have several free activity for guests to enjoy such as sunrise hiking, private island snorkeling and kids activity such as coral planting .

Disappointing with the food offering. The selection and quality of food & beverage were not great and expensive. Given that the hotel is away from town center we don't have much options but to dine at the hotel. Breakfast definitely needs improvement, from quality of food to range of food available - it's not so exciting when it offers the same food everyday. The staff are great and are doing their best to serve but they have not been trained properly. The seafood BBQ dinner was way overprice and all seafood are count by gram (not per 100g or per kg), try to figure out the cost you really need a calculator before making an order!

The views is absolute amazing. The hotel is well designed and the gardens are well maintained. Staff are very friendly and our room was nicely clean and tidied up everyday.

That they used single-use plastic for our laundry. This made us reconsider using the service again.

The food was delicious. The location was amazing, with panoramic view of the beautiful beaches of Labuan Bajo. The hotel itself is immaculate, well maintained and very detail oriented. They offer all sorts of activities from cycling, snorkelling and paddle boarding to full day boat tours aboard the well maintained hotel boats. Overall, excellent experience. I need to mention the staff as it was a highlight. They were extremely attentive and polite and made the experience so much better.
