This hotel is like a dream. The facilities are excellent, the location is near to the Main Street. The best thing was Marco he went out of his way to make our stay run so well. Such variety of breakfast, help with booking snorkelling, scooters, boat back to mainland. Lending his snorkel life jacket and crash helmets. Most of all he gave us so much of his time, chatting, helping out. He is such an interesting man where his knowledge of life is vast. Marcus really did make our holiday on this very special island memorable and something we will never forget

Our bungalow was cosy and the open air bathroom was so nice!! Having a shower under the starry night is an experience! I had a very important online meeting and Marco helped me a lot. New ZealandWe have been traveling in Asia for just over 4 months and Ayu Hotel owned by Marco & Eryl is without question the best customer experience we have had to date. Staff are friendly and helpful.They are passionate about ensuring you have the best stay and go out of their way to make that a reality - a credit to you both, They overview the best places to visit eat etc , booked our snorkeling trip , motorbike and ferry tickets. Great breakfasts and even one to takeaway when we took the early ferry when we left. Eryl even gave us some of her homemade soaps. The Ayu has a great vibe and homely feel - nice setting and located within a short walk to the ferry and the town.. Loved Sunset beach great for a swim or chilling out especially at sunset - very vibrant on friday and Saturday and during the week you can have it to yourselves. We stayed 7 nights and highly recommend it.

GermanyWow. This accomodation was just amazing. Eryl and her husband created a beautiful place. We loved the outdoor shower, the breakfast and the good vibe. The staff is super friendly and they and Eryl are super helpfull. She organized a motorbike, a snorkel trip and our ferry and bus tickets so we could just relax and enjoy this little beautiful island. She helped us, when my boyfriend felt a bit sick. She also makes wonderfull soaps and is just a lovely person! Can recommend this place 100%

Eryl and Marco were very welcoming and helpfull. they spent a lot of time helping us organize our activities on the island. we had a great time, the room is comfortable, the setting and the garden are very pretty! Eryll does not lack little attention towards its visitors, it works with very nice soap that you will have the opportunity to use during your stay and which turns out to be a very good idea for souvenirs to bring back to those around you. ;) Karimunjawa si gorgeous and we have spend an Amazing time visiting the island. ItalyThere were ants in the room and even a frog in the bathroom, which could be renovated; hot water was not always working; they did not change our towels for 3 days even if clearly dirty.
Marco, the owner, is very kind and helpful, he can arrange every need, trip and gives a lot of suggestions to visit the island. Good location, at walking distance from Harbour and most popular restaurants. Nice garden around the room. Rooms are very simple.
