The room was TINY. The bathroom even more so - barely any room to rest a toothbrush.

Great hotel for a quick overnight stay. The staff was nice, the restaurant good, and the room adequate. The bed was comfy too!

1. restaurant service. after pay for lunch buffet . no food anymore. Restaurant just take away all the left of buffet for me to take away. 2. when check out. the recipition told me the 2nd floor restaurant is not belong to this hotel. so all the restaurant consumption can not be offer invoice.

There are no places for food on a walking distance and the menu at the hotel, didn’t have many light options available.

Shower was good! A good water pressure after a 30h flight was all I need! A/C works well, bed was comfy, staff helpful!

The ac isn’t cooling, so the room is too stuffy. The shower keeps changing automatically between hot and cold every second, just like typical hostel or guesthouse. The bed is so hard, I couldn’t sleep at all during my stay

The location was hard to find. The construction was still ongoing, so the lobby of the building was a bit dusty. But the lobby of the hotel is nice and clean.

The hotel is new. It's very clean and well maintained. It has high quality amenities as well. The staff is especially kind. They drove us to the airport for free.

Room size maybe 10 sqm, bathroom so small - hard to get in and close the door. Access from the airport not convenient at all.

The shower cubicle has no water stopper at the door entrance that causes flood everywhere in the room. You have to use a spare tower to drain it. It can not flow to the drainage hole as the water is already trapped outside when it flows

It seems it is a new hotel, as most of taxi drivers do not know this place, and the place is advertised on booking that it is 4 stars hotel, which definitely is not, at least not right now. We had scheduled the arrival in the booking site to be at 14-15:00 but we had to wait 20 minutes for our room to be cleaned despite being already almost 3pm, to be fair to the hotel they did offer us some snacks from the restaurant. After that, they gave us card to the room, which. . . was wrong card or wrong room, so one of the staff took our card and brought different one back. 15 minutes later another staff knocked our door and asked if we need cleaning, so I told him we just got this room, but I wondered if this was the right room we got. The walls in the hotel were really really thin, you could hear everything not only from the hallway but also the other rooms, which is definitely not an indicator of 4 star hotel. During our stay we had very noisy neighbors, who forgot which number of room they are in, so. . . they tried to check every room possible, few times, for 20 minutes. The other occurrence was, as it seems like they were testing speakers in the entire hotel, including the build up one in our room, which made a lot of noise, when I was trying to sleep before my flight. Somehow one of the towels provided smelled a lot of cigarettes despite that it was not smoking room. Also teapot and mugs were not clean, but we did not have need to use them anyways. Bear in mind that all of that happen during 2 days of stay there, so if you are planning to stay for longer than just waiting for flight I would advice not to go here, at least not until the hotel is finished building itself.

The bed was decent and the hotel provided us with 2 bottles of water everyday. The hotel did offer us snacks from the hotel restaurants during our wait to prepare the room, but we did not try it so cannot say if it was good or not. The location is very close to Terminal 3 of the Jakarta airport, which is excellent place if you are staying in Jakarta for 1 day to go for another flight later. The price of hotel room is quite cheap.
