The neighbourhood was less touristy than others, very limited shopping/eating options, not as clean. The pool wasn’t easy to access or exit for someone older, deep rough concrete steps.

The villa was huge, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful. No meals there but there are a few options nearby, found a great cafe, Granary, just a short walk. Also laundromat, convenience store and massage close by. Beach club next door had good food. Lots of taxis available and short trip to more touristy areas, about $4 Aus.

Issues with water flow through taps and shower

The pool only has 2 steps down, if you have any physical problems or you're older, it won't be easy to get out. The booking didn't state that the villa is spread out over 3 storeys, so it was a bit hard on my aching knees. The place is a bit further out from everything that I was anticipating, but not too bad.

Breakfast was freshly cooked for us in the villa. It is a very spacious, nice villa over 3 stories, views of the beach from the balcony. Beautiful garden and pool. It was very relaxing, we had a great time. The staff was wonderful.

It was really hot and no aircon downstairs in common areas only in bedroom.

Location privacy close to beach. Breakfast was made for you in your villa. Friendly staff always helpful and provided weather information to us. Pool area was great.

a bit noisy at night but easy blocked with aircon in room and no aircon in rest of the home only bedroom

the properly is MASSIVE. great space for a family! we were a couple so the space was way too big for just us! but still so lovely. the staff were great and arranged flowers on the bed for us for my fiancé’s birthday the morning of check in when I asked last minute. so close to the beach!

Cleaning staff and meals were served without anyone informing us that they are entering our villa. Scooter arranged by staff were expensive. 140k for 12 hours with no petrol.

Absolutely great villa! Stayed there at Nyepi and staff was very accommodating.

It wasn’t very clean and the upkeep was poor. The shower screen in the main bathroom was disgusting and the mould everywhere wasn’t any better.

No air-conditioning in main area's, very limited options for nightlife and shopping, uncomfortable beds. Fire crackers constantly going off at night.

Broken windows, fan doesn’t work on the top floor. Kitchen dirty, grimy and bad smell in the cupboards. Cobwebs everywhere and bathroom was like a furnace. No good ventilation. No AC in the main living room No tea or coffee provided.

The pool was the best kept part of the property. Everything was was a run down and needed a good clean and renovation

Out of three bed rooms, air conditioners was working only in one. One was repaired next day after our arrival and the second one didn’t work at all. There was mold and a constant smell of dampness in the room on the first floor. A big mouse was in the kitchen. Also there were a lot of ants big and small size. Geckos and cockroaches also climbed into the house. Bed linen and towels have long lost their white color, and had a color close to gray. A wooden panel was falling from the walls. In general, the entire villa needs major renovation.

The property is old, tired, and falling apart. It’s located between a beach club, a wedding reception venue and a car park for both. It was constantly noisy and not at all enjoyable for a family.

The staff as always in Bali were lovely.
