Basic breakfast, whole facility requires upgrading. Room had a noisy air-conditioner, and the toilet wouldn't flush. Ordered lunch around the pool, and food was barely edible.

Most of the stuff looks tired: towels, pillows, bed, bathroom. Wifi needs to keep reconnecting. Lots of room for improvement on breakfast buffet. Our room has always floor stains mostly at night and found out that it was from a bat hanging out. Few mosquitoes in the lobby, a coil would be helpful.

Bali Agung Village is centrally located in Seminyak and close to a wide selection of shopping, beaches, restaurants and beach bars. Our villa was very quiet and private.

The location was good, easy to walk to beach and town. The pool was nice for relaxing, there is a spacious and cool communal area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

Pool was small and sun lounges all close to each other. There was a regular guest who was exposing himself to other guests around the pool. Very disturbing for women. Staff reluctant to address the issue.

The hotel was “very original Bali” beautiful gardens Short walk to good section of beach and good shopping nearby.

Our villa's facade had small windows and doors covered by wooden shutters that didn't close well and provided little natural light. Fortunately the rear courtyard had french doors that let in light. The mosquitos can be a problem in the room but the aircon and canopy bed with a heavy mosquito netting were a good solution.

Our villa was large and comprised front and rear courtyards with tables and chairs. The bathroom with its full length glass wall to a small rock garden provided natural light and an area to dry towels, etc. The pool and Balinese pavillion-style villas and established gardens were beautiful.

Internet is fine but you need to constantly reconnect. Access to the beach is ok (8 minutes walk) but the beach area smells very bad with sewage smell all around. Better to stay away from this beach area and look for a different location if you want a swim.

Quiet, the villa was spacious, the breakfast is decent/ok, staffs are very nice. The garden is beautiful. Location is around 10 minutes from restaurants and 8-10 minutes from the beach. The pool area is nice and calm.

The villas, although really lovely and comfortable, are a little tired, and a few things need fixing, e.g., doors didn't quite close together.

In the midst of busy Seminyak, Bali Agung Village was an oasis of tranquility and with an authentic atmosphere. The rooms in the cottage-style accommodation were sufficiently equipped and kept spotless. Staff was exceptional!

Bit run down but not really a problem. Wifi weak and cuts out a lot .

Really great location. Quieter as a bit off the beaten track. Older people it is ideal. Not sure as a family? We travelled as an older couple so it was perfect. Bali style accommodation so smaller . Not your generic large chain hotel .

We found that in the villa we were upgraded to had some gaps in the doors in the main room and bathroom. Some ants were on the bathroom floor when you went in, nothing too much of concerns to be honest.

Situated close by the beach, mart right around the corner for any needs. We walked everywhere from here ! Including to Seminyak square, no issues. We got upgraded to a villa from a standard room as the hotel was fully booked. Staff were very accommodating. We moved to a standard room after 2 nights in the villa and it was still very clean.

The water in the shower had an unpleasant odor and the room lighting was dim.

Brilliant location right in the heart of Seminyak. Beautiful Balinese style villas and gardens. Staff were absolutely amazing and assisted with all requests.
