We've just spent a week at this delightful property. It exceeded all our expectations, providing a peaceful retreat with views to die for, & being small it was very personalised. Our villa was fairly basic but had everything we needed, & was comfortable & meticulously maintained. It's an easy walk to Mushroom Beach (7 mins) & Sunset Point (2 mins), & after exploring the whole island we were glad we chose this area to stay in. The property has good motorbikes (with helmets) available for hire for less than AUD10/day, & will organise any other tour/transport needed. We loved the peace of being away from the busier areas, yet there was no shortage of good bars & restaurants nearby as well as onsite. Thank you Ari, Komang & team for looking after us, we will be back!

N/A we loved everything!

Loved the pool, the private bungalows and the hospitable staff! Felt really comfortable and really enjoyed how peaceful and beautiful the gardens were. Very relaxing! The team even took us out to visit the rest of the island and Nusa Ceningan and were so kind to us. Gede also arranged our transport during our whole stay and was the best driver/guide/friend during our stay! Thank you :)

The roads are little bumpy and rough to reach the resort.

The view was amazing from our sea view room. We could see Mount Agung and dolphins early morning and an awesome sundown to watch. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

the road from beach to hotel is a little broken..need to improve.

the view is so nice, and the pool is warm and has a nice view of the sea. The breakfast is perfect, can select different kinds of food.

The staff here really made the place, always friendly and smiling..we loved the pool and the location near sunset point. It is a little walk from the beach and restaurants but this was fine for us. The rooms were super clean and turn down service was fantastic.

As with all places in Bali, there are small general maintenance issues, but nothing that affected our stay.

We booked this property for a family holiday for our adult children and elderly mother and all loved staying at this property. We stayed in the villas with a sea view and found the villas to be comfortable and spacious. The view was amazing as was the lovely garden setting. Best of all were the delightful hosts Ari and Gede, and their attentive staff. They made us feel so welcome and helped arrange all our taxis and activities for the week. The hotel is an easy 500m walk to Mushroom Beach, one of the prettiest beaches on the island. It has all the amenities you need: ATM’s, good cafes and restaurants, surfing school and snorkeling, yet feels quiet and relaxed. The rooms are simple yet stylish, with a comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast is good with a number of choices. The restaurant services simple but tasty meals if you prefer to relax in your villa rather than head out to a restaurant. Gede organised our jet boat booking from Sanur and was a great tour guide around the island. We loved staying here and will do so again, we thought it was great value for money.

You need a scooter to move around the island, as the main interest area is around 15 minutes away by scooter, but everything perfect besides that.

Everything was perfect, exceeding our expectations. The staff were very nice and polite, helping us with everything we needed. The room was clean and all the facilities were great (a.i. the pool etc.).

We had a sea view cabin and it was perfect. We had a quite room, the garden is beautiful and you see impressive birds everywhere. The pool is absolutely amazing, the best watermelon juice we’ve had, the breakfast with nasi was really really good. The people were super friendly and helped us so much. Also, you see how much care they take of the hotel, always keeping it neat. When you are out they tidy the room which is really nice. We booked another night while we were there. Its nearby the beach but the way is dark at night so just don’t forget to bring some light with you. We loved it!

Unfortunately, it is a little out of the way from the beaches & the roads are too rough to hire a scooter.

Immaculately clean and beautiful views. The restaurant served great food. The location was great with good restaurants and beaches within walking distances (check out K Jendra Warung). We generally stay 5 star and this place matched up (in fact was cleaner than most hotels). The family who run it clearly take great pride in their resort. Well worth the price and highly recommended. Would love to go back!

You will have to rent one of the mopeds to get to a beach area. Will take 5 minutes on the mopeds but 15 minutes by walking. I didn't mind renting the mopeds it allowed me to see most of the island

The place is priced very reasonable. The villas are a little dated and could use a refresh, but I knew that this is not a 5 star location and I didn't want that. I was looking for a more traditional location and this villa is that. It is very peaceful and well kept. It's a bit remote but they have mopeds for rent very cheap price. I spent one day on the moped driving all over the island getting lost multiple times but that is part of the journey. This villa is nice and well kept just a little dated. But for the price this is a great spot.
