The bathroom could use a very good cleaning, and you have to rent the blankets for the bed. But even so if your on a budget it’s a very nice place for the price.

The beds are really comfortable, all the bunk beds have a privacy curtain and overa all the rooms were very nice. The Hostel is very close to the airport and the reception is 24/7 so it’s a very good option if you have a very early flight.

The beds are comfortable. Each bed have curtain for privacy. You will have your own plug and reading lights on your bed. Lockers underneath your bed with automatic lock. You will hate and love the location. You will love it because it is beside a mall where you can buy your stuff and dine. But the location is almost 2km hike to Kuta Beach. I dont have problem with that as I love to walk. It is also located on the main highway. If you don't know or afraid to cross a road with speeding cars and motorcycle, you might reconsider to book this hostel as you need to walk a freeway-like road. (Drivers in Bali will not stop even if your on the pedestrian lane. So be careful). But all in all I had a good experience with Bali Caps.

Only thing is the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

Staff were great and extremely helpful, lovely roof top area to relax in. Location isn't the best (but not a bad thing as you know it's not close to the beach). Bathroom could have been cleaner. Overall a great choice, we returned and stayed a second time. Beds are comfortable and clean.

Wifi for floor 3 needs to be fixed! There was no wifi on that floor for the duration of the stay.

Great hostel with friendly guests and very friendly staff - especially Ariel (everybody loves Ariel!). Close to kuta beach and right beside a mall, so super convenient. Great value for money!

Wifi is not working on the room.

The room is clean and has air conditionar. Staff very lovely. The bathroom is ok but could be more clean. The comun area very nice and quiet. Is very good quality-price. No too far from the airport Depensar. Very close to shopping and supermarket 24 hs. Reception is working 24 hs.

I didn’t get my deposit of 50k back and you have to rent the blanket for 10k, which I found weird.. some of the bathroom interior was quite run down, it was leaking through the ceiling. The hostel is a bit outside and just next to a 4 lane busy street which has no crossing for pedestrians…

The staff was ex ordinarily focused on delivering a good service (for the price range of the hostel) and they all spoke good english, which is rare to find in budget hostels, each bed had light and power plugs, the hang out area is nice and welcoming with a pool table.. reception is 24/7 I think

The WiFi Is a Little wacky sometimes

The bathroom is not very clean. Also, they charge for blankets / towels (understandable because the room is so cheap) but the blanket we received had a fingernail in it… however the staff were kind enough to refund the cost of the blanket because of this. Also the beds get pretty warm when the blinds are down (despite the AC being cold) so you actually probably don’t even need the blanket.

Great value for money - hostel beds are so cheap (esp the Queen bed for 2 people). Location is very close to the airport, and still walkable from Kuta. Air conditioning is very good in the room and beds have decent curtains / blinds, as well as charging ports and internal lights.

Not really the property but the person who was staying in the same room I stayed. I think she’s Europian if not American. Some of these people forgot that they are not in their country anymore. That person was very2 rude. For me, if you stay in a dormi type accommodation, privacy would be very difficult so as much as possible you should understand everyone after all thats what u chose and can only afford. We, southeast asians in general are polite esp to strangers. If you want to correct someone, do it politely. Otherwise, go back to your country and live in a cave where no one will disturb you or hear any noise.

Its clean and the location is convenient esp going to the airport. U can also bus as there are bus stations nearby.

The staff failed to solve a booking misunderstanding, but it was ok. The bathroom and showers can and must be improved. It was not that clean and the hot water didn't worked properly. They should give you towels and sheets for free. You must rent both of them for 10k. The aircon was shut down by an employee early in the morning. That shouldn't happen.

The room was very cozy and had air conditioning. The common area is nice.

Poor location long way from nightlife They turn the air-conditioning off in the morning for hours presumably to save power.just means u can't sleep in or chill out til they turn air-conditioning back on in the evening night.have to go out n explore bali.
