They need a thorough cleaning of the rooms. And we hope that when we request for a room downstairs because of the age of our guests, they should seriously take that into account. Offer different set of meals for breakfast please :)

The staff and the location. Manager Agung and his staff did their best to meet all the "demands" of our group - for which I am very grateful. (I am with the elderly including my family. (12 adults, 1 infant for 6 rooms). We even have take away breakfast because we need to leave at 4 am for our flight.

The bathroom works ok but I think it needs to be upgraded, it takes a while to get hot water for shower.

Lots of ants it the rooms, and rooms not too clean. Bathroom needs a renovation. To town center you have to take a shortcut through money forrest (10min walk) or go all the way around (40min walk).

Garden was fantastic and staff really helpful. Few restaurants nearby, but town center a little bit further. Even though place is right next to monkey forrest we didn't encounter them in hotel area

The lobby was not so welcoming. Dim lighting and counter so high we can't see the staff

While the bathroom needs some upgrading work, the staff made our stay a very pleasant one. Special rose petals design on the bed was done for my husband on his birthday, also presented him with a lovely cake and birthday song. Much appreciated!

Batroom could be improved. breakfast is a bit basic and rooms are missing a fridge.

location is great, near cafes, reastaurants and a nice 10 minute walt to Ubud city. Pool area is very nice. Room was simple but big and confy. it is a good value for money. I had the room at first floor and I could enjoy a bit of fresh breeze in the evening.

The property is really beautiful, I really enjoyed the view to the garden and the pool. The staff was always nice. It is very close to the monkey forest, and just a few minutes by car to the city center.

Personally I like the more modern rooms but I was in Bali Ubud so traditional room is something normal

Not property fault. But the pool was cool and shady most of the time..(people who think this is a plus come late august. Plan to pack your shopping well to get it past the monkey troll bridge.

Close to monkey forest road. Quiet. Spacious room. Were extremely appreciative that they provided us with a fridge. Friendly staff. Beautiful gardens.

The bathrooms could be updated. The Balinese style door to the room is beautiful but the padlock used for locking it leaves a bit of a gap.

A beautiful garden setting with a nice pool to relax by. The bed was super comfortable and the balcony area is also really nice. We slept really well and enjoyed chilling out here. The staff are very kind, helpful and friendly. They gave us a welcome drink on arrival and then some delicious freshly grown mangosteen later on. The service was great throughout and the room was kept very clean. The hotel is well located and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and within walking distance.

The superior rooms are not so great so I went for the deluxe as better mattress and overall more appealing.

The shower goes over floor; making floor potentially dangerously slippery : the bath tub needs a hand bar to help getting in and out of bath tub A lot of ants in the bathroom, handbadin area in particular

Water wasn’t warm every day but I think it was only a problem in our room.

Many things ! Room, bathroom, terrace and common places were all good and cozy !! Breakfast was tasty and complete. At least, staff is very nice. If you want tips and informations about activities to do in Ubud, let’s ask them ☺️

Bathroom was a little dated. Breakfast menu lacked choice and variety, although the food that was served was well cooked.

A lovely hotel, garden and pool that provided a real haven from the bustle of Ubud. Many good restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner and many grab divers nearby for taxi services. Good position for visiting the monkey forest. Lovely village atmosphere in immediate area of the hotel. We would definately go back to this hotel.
