The pool was the first that we do not like, we could not swim because the pool was dirty and when the kids swim it was itchy. We had power down, they said it was from PLN, too bad they do not have a generator set.

Very run down has had little or no maintenance no hot water no restaurant minimal staff toilets and shower didn't work properly poor TV and WiFi rooms smelled pool could do with a clean.2 star rating at best.

one of the locks to the villa did not work when I turned up. the receptionist said that it was broken but you can lock the door to the villa entrance. some security the place still needs money spent on it as there being no maintenance water marks everywhere from water damage. the only toiletries were two toothbrushes no soap the fridge had not being cleaned with the ice box full of ice and left over spillage

Room was old and run down- was not accurately represented on the website. The water in shower/taps only sometimes worked. Holes in roof and cracks in the door allowed in lots of mozzies. Also no kitchen appliances supplied as advertised.

the cupboards doors were falling off after you opened them slidding doors were so hard to open bathtub was disgusting shower head was falling off toilet wasn’t flushing grass wasn’t cut !! absolutely terrible

The place is run down! On arrival you see reception and the restaurant. The reception is black with mould in parts and paint is peeling. The restaurant is closed and full of stacked furniture and old water boilers. The villa pool was leaking so badly the pool was conastantly being topped up from a hosepipe. Many of the outside lights are hanging off and many pool tiles were broken. The outside lounge and kitchen is very tired with absolutely no amenities like tea, coffee or even water. Inside the bedroom there are no pictures so the walls are bare the roof has gaps so I guess it would leak in the rainy season. Paint is peeling everywhere. Light switches are outside so you need to go outside to turn the bedroom lights off.. The shower is leaking everywhere and water goes out through the outside door which is rotten.

The villa is very big with spacious gardens.

Very dirty Swiming pool was muddy,bathroom in every corners was filthy Windows,bedframe nearly everywhere dusty but the floor,floor was clean,i am very disapointed during my stayed it wasn't worth the money,fridge was covered with frosting ice just bad Totally bad experienced.

the whole place is run down. two years of no tourist. no money being put into care and maintenance as the tourist start ti come back ti Bali. the location busy so people want to stay there. not like Kuta

The entire villa is dirty, kitchen, bathroom furniture,pool no mosquito nets as stated, universal power points to suit international travellers. Pool room services, towels not clean enough, windows without curtains ( lowest privacy). No cooking pots as it's required for a villa, cutlery and plates pathetic. It's shocking that this property would be acceptable by booking.com, the pictures on the internet are totally different from reality on the ground

This has to be the worst property I have ever stayed at. Dirty , no hot water , no flushing toilets and stained bed linen. The pictures looked nothing like the villa. When I asked why the toilet was not flushing they gave me a bucket. Crazy for the amount of money we paid. They refused to refund us as well Do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY !

Didn't like everything, villa was filthy dirty, no equipment that is advertised, no water in showers, frogs in bathroom facilities, mosquitos inside and out, broken lights and switches, TV's don't work.. beds and all linen were filthy and stained.. Outside table was putrid and benches , fridge and tables were cleaned or wiped. Pool was green and filthy. I do not recommend staying here, this establishment should be bull dozed and shut down Very disappointed for the price I payed, and to set it off more I never received a refund.... The villas and booking.com have failed me...

Disgusting do not stay here!!! This place needs to be knocked down and rebuilt. Drain flys in every room. Pool green and water stinks, kitchen facilities are terrible, bed linen is filthy and so are the towels, I was moved to another room and it was worse. Cats enter the rooms at night. This place should be flagged by booking .com and prevent people from wasting their money. It shows booking .com doesn’t care about your holiday they only care about the $$

Getting out of there early!!!! It’s like a haunted house.

Everything.... If you read the reviews on booking you DO NOT book this place but if by any mistake you will book it, then you realise that all the reviews are pretty generous.... the place is filthy, the attention to details is equal 0 and we stayed just because we wouldn't get refund. Photos in the website describe a heavenly place but as long as you get to the property, you regret instantly your decision...

The private villa is big but the really poor service and cleaning... The tiles in the pool are all coming off
