The grounds and pool were beautiful, location was fantastic, the rooms are dated and unfortunately the bathrooms are very old, and do have a nasty smell, but for $20au a night it did want I needed it too🙏🏼

AustraliaThere is a swim up bar advertised and it is not running. The entire reason we booked this hotel was because it advertises a swim up bar which was very disappointing. When other reviews say the bathroom is in need of 'upgrade' they are being polite. Our toilet did not flush unless you removed the lid and lifted it by hand and the shower head did not stay on the wall whilst the water is running meaning if you were showering you had to hold the shower head the entire time. We saw hardly any staff members during our stay and breakfast and house keeping are minimal. We had to ask for the details of breakfast and only noticed you could buy beers from the hotel on the last day - it seems like the hotel is not interested in making any extra money beyond rooms which is disappointing because a little extra service goes a long way in how the guests feel about the hotel.
The pool is very nice and the balcony is great to hang out on, ours had lovely morning sun. The pool is a great place to relax and had plenty of sunny spots to sit nearby. There is shady spots but some are limited. There definitely could be more sun lounges as it is hard to get one if there is more than one other room of people down at the pool. The hotel has a taxi service at reception which was a good price and we had a lot of fun the day we left - we were travelling to Ubud and the driver stopped at various destinations for us and was talkative and gave us plenty of tips and recommendations.

This is one of the several grand old hotels I stayed at in Kuta Beach. The hotel was clean and generally in good repair, but showing its age. The rooms face a nice pool and well maintained garden. The location is great, a short walk to the beach and the mall.

QatarThe room was not great we were provided with single bad the washroom door was broken. As we change to twin bed. However even that room was not good at all. The room selling was wired one night we faced problem due to rats running around. The room didn’t meet our expectations the amount we paid.
The location was amazing, the staff were friendly and the common facilities like washroom and shower near at reception area was perfect for after our check out. The pool was nice, however we couldn’t access it because of our busy schedule.
