For the size of the resort it could do with another pool when the hotel is running at full capacity which it was when we were there pool can get a little over crowded

Breakfast was amazing with so much variety to suit all tastes There are three restaurants loved the one close to beach and the theme dinner buffet a must try for any visitor to this hotel

There was a little issue with our room but the staff could not be more apologetic and sorted it out straight away. No fuss. Which was exactly the right response.

The whole site is beautiful. The staff are very helpful. The food has very good choice. The activities are excellent. You feel very safe and looked after completely. From the time you arrive to the time you leave you do not worry about anything. The staff cannot do enough to help.

Plastic bottle on the beach a big problem, the food at the evening restaurants was not the best buy loads of place local to eat which were very good.

One of those place were you could stay and never have to leave everything was on site, the pool is great the staff very helpful, we walked along the beach both north and south was was Ok apart for the plastic bottles, Bail needs and MUST clean up or it will loose it's paradise felling!

Great variety for breakfast - loved the chilled room for the cold options - plenty of diverse choices both hot and cold. Beach and pool both great places to hangout, relax and unwind - great service and personable staff at the swim up bar.

There was a problem with checking in. We had booked two deluxe rooms and a bungalow. The two deluxe rooms were damp and musty - the floors were actually wet and slippery from condensation from the old air conditioner. Some of the deluxe rooms are directly behind the bungalows and get no sun. It took a couple of hours for the staff to arrange new rooms which was difficult for the children who were very tired after their journey. Finally one of the deluxe rooms was upgraded to a bungalow and another lovely deluxe room was found for us.

The bungalow rooms are beautiful. The location is fantastic right on the beach. Excellent breakfast and good service at Ratna restaurant. The staff are welcoming and provide friendly service. Ratna caters for all dietary requirements and and the chefs are happy to modify meals. A wonderful place for families with lots of activities for the children.

Beautiful resort built in Balinese style with many artistic features, well established garden with old trees and coverage, ongoing maintenance of property by staff, breakfast hall with a very nice choice of foods, short distances with beach on the one and pool with bar on the other side.

Could have been more vegetarian options in the restaurants. Would have liked a decaf coffee in the morning and alcohol free beer. But this wasn’t common anywhere. Although the shop across the road sold zero alcohol beer.
