Bangsring Breeze is grandly built in a garden setting that attracts many beautiful butterflies. It is situated on a hillside that, as the name suggests, catches pleasant cooling breezes. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay for 3 days. Our bungalow’s bedroom and bathroom were very spacious, and the restaurant provided tasty home-style meals. Our stay was greatly enhanced by the wonderful manager Pramaisella and her friendly staff. She went out of her way to be as helpful as possible. She carefully made sure our dietary requirements were catered for, and with our changing itinerary, was very flexible organising and rearranging both transfers and guided tours to the local attractions of Mt Ijen and Baluran National Park.

Poorly trained staff (felt sorry for them), minimal service, pool dirty, property in obvious need of serious maintenance overall. Ridiculously over priced.

An absolutely brilliant place to stay. The hotel is a boutique property, on a quiet side street, surrounded by small farming plots. You have a view over the ocean, with Bali in the distance, and mountains behind. An idyllic, and beautiful spot. The rooms are large and well appointed, the staff are so friendly and helpful. They can also assist with local tours, which makes arranging things very easy. And the restaurant is fantastic: breakfast and dinner both excellent, with lots of local dishes to try. One of the nicest places I've stayed, thanks to everyone for a memorable visit! 10/10, hope to be back.

Unfortunately the place is not maintained well. Both roof of the room dropped some dirt on the sheet. We had problems with gecko and their poo. The shower the second night broke, but even the first night the hit water last very little. The place is called "breeze" but it is very windy.

The place it self is really nice, good position if you don't want to stay in the center. Our rooms (bungalows ocean view 1 and 2) were nice and comfortable, the swimming pool outside clean and the stuff very nice. We had nice coffee and nice breakfast, served in the room.

. .Room preparation a bit of a miss.. Aircon didn't work on arrival.. Toilet seat broken and hanging off hinges - not ideal.. Resident geoko lizards in roof pooping all over the floor..

Cleanliness and maintenance of the place overall was poor! I am sure the place has seen better days and I am certain the pandemic has caused some setback, but, if you do expect to open up for guests and charge us a steep price, it is only fair you live up to the expectation. While booking the property said it comes with free airport shuttle service, which we gladly clicked on and shared our arrival time online. As soon as we arrived the airport, we found out that they did not make any arrangements and the staff were not informed that they had to pick us up. We waited 2hrs as we were not able to find any public transport given it was Hari Raya. The staff took pity and came to get us with his own car. There were other issues along the way, our bathroom towels had huge holes in it! The toilet in our room was broken, tons of mosque around so we did not get a good sleep and there were rats up our roof screeching the whole night and day (we had droplets in the room too)! Overall we enjoyed Banyuwangi but just not this villa, we went home with major sleep deprivation and the Manager Dhanie, never once called to apologize or check on us! Without Bondan and the staff there, and if other hotels were not fully booked, we wld have left!

nothing I didn’t like. there were a couple of power cuts in the morning but this is not the hotels fault and they only lasted for like 5 mins.

stunning! amazing facilities, great sea views overlooking Bali. friendly staff (who were ready to receive us even though we booked late (7pm the night we were arriving and they had no other guests at the time). the shower was SOOO strong and nice and hot
