The beach is not exactly clean nor encouraged for swimming. But I am glad the huge swimming pool made up for it.

Food was never an issue for us with two young kids and elderly. Nirwana Gardens has got shuttle service to the other part of it.

Bathroom & bedroom upstair are small. But it is just enough for a family with 2 adults & 1 child.

Location is close to ferry station.

No A/C in the ground floor of the villa made for a very uncomfortable to stay. The property is not exposed to sea breezes so it is very hot and uncomfortable. Installing a small A/C on the ground floor would make the stay perfect

    Great staff and location.

Firstly, the seasports centre is under a lot of renovation now. There is no food available. The number of activities is also quite limited. We tried kayaking and snorkelling. Kayaking qas fun. However, snorkelling is a bit disappointing as the area which they brought us to has got murky water. We could only spot a few small fishes. The corals were not very nice. Secondly, there are 2 restaurants in the hotel lobby area. But one of them was closed at night and in the afternoon. So, food is limited. Would be good if the convenience shop at the hotel lobby can sell some food which we can buy back to the villa to cook. This will solve the limited food issues. Thirdly, we have 2 family members staying in the hotel room. So, we requested for the room to be nearest to the villa possible. However, they gave us a room at the other end. Fourthly, some toiletries, for example, the toothbrushes and combs, are only available upon request. So are the bedroom slippers. Lastly, it would be good if there is aircon at the living area of the villa. Currently, there is only aircon in the room. The living and dining area can get a bit warm and stuffy.

The staff! They are really patient with our requests and always try their best to help. I had mentioned in the online chat that I am travelling with an elderly and would like to borrow a wheelchair. The moment we got off the bus when we reached the hotel foyer, the wheelchair was already there waiting. They provided buggy service to bring guests to and fro the lobby and villa. However, it is not that far to walk to and fro too. Only takes about 5 mins from the villa we were staying. We also did not have to wait long for the buggy to pick us up. Food served during the breakfast buffet at the Coffee Shop is delicious, although not many varieties. Food at the Dino Bistro and room service is also yummy.

Could have increase the bus frequency within the resort area during peak hours (milk run bus shuttle service between resorts) some facilities are closed i.e bowling center. no shuttle service to outside Nirwana resort (confined within resort compound)

Breakfast - no complain, wide spread. Room - big enough, comfortable. It will be pleasant if there is air conditioner in the living room, provide better comfort for the guests, especially on hot days. Toilet - should have provide the toiletries up front. Kitchenette - will be good to have microwave oven. allow guest to heat up food Washing bay - suggest to have clear signage to lead guest to wash sand off the feet and footwear before entering the room

Food options very limited and expensive for what you get. Due to the remote location there's no chance to dine outside the resort. During our stay many places were closed and after some days they even reduced the breakfast buffet to mainly a la carte. After complaining to the management we found a satsfying solution for us.

Extremly friendly and helpful staff. Everybody grew beyond theirselves to make our stay pleasant for all of us. We had a 3 bedroom villa which was perfect for our family of 6. The surrounding gardens are well maintained, the location was peaceful and especially the kids loved the pool with waterslide. Kids club was lovingly, they took good care of our grandchildren.

things are overpriced in general. a can of beer is triple the price in a small local mart. difficult to navigate outside of the resort, as it’s far and not convenient as to transport.

The villa, rooms, beddings were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was quite good. The food at The Coffee Shop restaurant was good too, though the wait for food was slightly longer, probably die to the holiday season. The children enjoyed the swimming pool at Nirwana Gardens.

bugs & creepy crawlies everywhere! even on the bed. while this is prob not their fault since it’s forest and foliage all around. also the internet is abysmal. I can’t even load a photo onto Instagram. even if it’s free I wouldn’t use it. rather pay for faster internet.

The whole complex demands refurb...it also needs to entice customers...why charge a fee for everthing inc table tennis....ridiculous...no happy hour, so why drink there...drinks greatly inflated prices as was the food. Mini market us hotel owned so same exorbitant price. ..you must entice customers to spend more at bars....most eating areas not in use....wont go back

    Villa was good...beach excellent...

Wish the bedrooms were also on the same floor. Spice restourant wasn’t great experience due to poor service and not properly cooked food, may be they were too busy on Saturday.

Clean and well maintained villa. Lots of greenery around and small ponds with lotus flowers looked really nice. Very close to the pool and Nirwana hotel. Very polite and helpful staff, always willing to assist with smile.
