Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Fabulous position close to shops restaurant and monkey forest. Comfortable beds in large rooms. Gorgeous large bath with shower and ample storage. Loved the evening gifts of peanuts. Very clean.?

The location was great, being within walking distance to the moneky forest and Ubud art market. Staff were attentive and helpful, breakfast was delicious and room was bigger than expected. Having a full bathroom with a bath was a nice change for us.

United StatesThe first day I took advantage of their happy hour for red wine. It seems I drank the last 2 glasses in their only bottle of red wine that they advertise for happy hour. Everyday I would ask if they received any delivery of the red wine and the answer was no. Had to go out and enjoy our red wine at other locations. They need to keep better inventory of wine selections for their guests especially when advertising happy hour.
The room we had was very large and beautiful. Loved the vaulted roof. Location was excellent, right on Monkey forest road. Pool was very clean and inviting. Landscaping and decor around property was beautiful! Breakfast was a bit limited but excellent! Our server Yantra Librha was excellent!!!!

The rooms were lovely and spacious and close to shops and restaurants. It was nice and quiet even though you’re on a main road the villas are set back so you can’t hear any noise. The breakfast options were great and offered so much food, but the staff really made this stay..they were so helpful and happy, organised us a driver for day trips and were just generally amazing!! I would 100% stay here again.

AustraliaThe only problem we had was that the remote for the AC in the room wasn’t working properly, we couldn’t turn off or AC or changes the setting so the room would feel really cold after a day outside. But keep in mind that the night are very hot so you need AC at night.
Room was really big, clean and tidy, hotel is located right in the center of Ubud, make it very easy if you want to go for food, shopping or rent a scooter. Also really close from Ubud Market and the Monkey Forest. All the staff were really nice and kind, always smiling and they would always help you and even give you advice on activities to do in Ubud. Breakfast was amazing, lot of different choices. Their restaurant is also very good !!

AustraliaWhen Bali Taco have their bands, the music is very loud and sounds like they are in the room. We decided to join them! The shower curtain doesnt go all the way around the trough so water leaks, be careful of slippery tiles. No Wifi for a few days but not the fault of the resort, a cable was cut in Ubud somewhere.
The staff are super friendly and helpful, nothing was ever a problem. The bungalow was lovely with comfortable bed, bottled water, small fridge and all expected condiments. The daily fruit platter and nuts were handy for snacks. The resort is close walking distance to everything and drivers and tours can be organised through there or a few doors down. Food there is impecable and good price, local and International food. The pool is cool and set amongst tranquil tropical gardens. There is a massage therapist on site. NYE celebrations were fabulous, so much delicious food and cocktails. Good English is spoken by most staff.

Everything and everyone was excellent, we arrived at 2 am and they were so welcoming to us. Beds were soo comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and they made the best iced latte ever. Restaurant ladies were so attentive and prompt. Special shout out to Richard, thank you for taking such great care of us, but all the staff were wonderful, we shall be back!
