The service is impeccable right from check in to the final moment of checking out. Risya at the receptionist attended to us for both check in and check out and we have such a strong and positive impression of her even though it was just a few minutes worth. They upgraded our room, gave us a one-day complimentary hotel breakfast and celebrated my partner’s birthday with a whole group of staffs even without my request. Room service and in-room dining when requested came very swiftly unlike the usual slow services in other hotels.

SingaporeNothing that can make me say till the word " Things that I didn't like" everything in Marriott Harbour Bay was just Superb. Nothing negative for this hotel from start to the end. Keep it up! If would be more great if you do have a family room & more affordable price. But what ever it is, everything is just too good.
Everything about the hotel is awesome. The breakfast spread was so good. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The facilities that the hotel have is sufficient and maintained very well. There's nothing more you would ask for. This is my repeated stay. The hotel is linked to Harbourbay Ferry Terminal. I would like to personally mention the staffs names that have helped me alot during my stay, there are Rahmat(Guest Relation) , Deddy and the other 1 of his colleague I couldn't recall his name from (Baggage Department). This people are just lovely & gave out all their best service to the guest. The hotel should recognise them as part of an Excellent Staffs.

Location is superb. Just next to harbour bay ferry terminal. Sheltered all the way till your room! Very clean, cosy and up to date interior design. Staff were very warm and friendly. Check in and out were a breeze.

SingaporeIm staying at room 701. I think the toilet plug spoilt coz cant use the hair drayer. As for others is great!! Above the great staying over, the only problem is during rooms payment on the first day. My first experience payment rejection by my cards. Till now i cant figure it out why our cards been rejected when we can withdraw, dine and do shopping using the same cards. When we pick Marriott Hotel in the future hope there will be no problem for room payment again.
Mostly the stuff. Rahmat, Dimas, Faridz and the housekeepers(cant remember their name) etc etc. They are all very helpful. May we see you all again in the future. In sha Allah.

SingaporeProviding a small kitchenette would be a great idea for families with kids. My kid has a special diet. Would be great in those circumstances. Also, inflatable tubes or swimming boards for kids would be lovely. However, they don't advertise it, so not a problem. Just a few suggestions.
Everything is as advertised. The food was delicious, absolutely recommend breakfast at the place (worth the extra money). The hotel staff are very welcoming, polite and helpful. We celebrated our daughter's birthday at the place, and they decorated the room for us (all free of charge). They gave a tent for her to play with. They even provided us cake, and helped us blow several baloons for the occasion. They went beyond expectations. Totally worth the money. The location is also incredibly convenient. If arriving from Singapore via Horizon ferry, it's right next doors.
