I absolutely loved it

Batang Golden Hills is definitely one of the best places I've stayed in my life. It's a gem on Nusa Penida hills and a scape from the beach side. Your mornings will look like a fairy tail movie - waking up with the sun rising at your door, birgs singing and the amazing view of the tropical forest. They have the best Mie Goreng at their menu and your nights will be quiet and calm. The room is huge, forniture is new and in perfect conditions, hot water and one of the cleanest spaces I've stayed.

My stay at this accommodation on Nusa Penida Island was truly delightful. The family who runs it is extremely friendly and welcoming, which made me feel at home from the very beginning. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a small porch to have breakfast if you wish. Although it's a bit far from the center, the serenity and stunning views make it worthwhile. Additionally, the property offers scooter rental directly, which makes exploring the island and its various beaches much easier. The food served was delicious, and the peaceful atmosphere of the place makes it an ideal choice for those looking to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Nusa Penida. It's important to be extremely careful when riding your scooter, always wear a helmet! There's a very small gym nearby, as well as some basic places to buy snacks, water, etc. The hosts arranged transportation from the port for about 250,000, and it's about a 45-minute ride, but it's worth it, and then your scooter awaits you there. Everything is perfect! The couple who run it are amazing and super nice. They are more authentic people who care about you and your stay. They are honest and value their guests so much. The facilities are amazing, super clean and comfortable. You also can order food at any time and it is super tasty! The views are very special, you can enjoy the mountains and the skies are beautiful as well!

Some of the furniture was broken (racks, lamp). The bathroom was not clean. No soap (yes there was refillable tank, but empty). Quite a lot of life in the room and the bathroom (Gecko living under the picture on the wall). Wifi was most of the time unusable.

Batang Golden Hills is awesome, it's out of Nusa Penida center so you must rent a scooter, but the view is amazing and I felt so peaceful there. The hosts are amazingly friendly, they offer you fresh fruits and are so welcoming. Our bungalow was so beautiful and clean, it had a lovely outdoor bathroom and a terrace with chairs and a table.

Best host i must say- Mr Pak Bayu is a great host and his family is very sweet and very welcoming. Very humble, polite and friendly. He took care of our each and every needs and provided us with all sorts of amenities which one could ever ask for. Very peaceful and safe location, no disturbance at all. Nice picturesque view with bougainvillea flowers all around. Located at a hill top away from city and noise. All major beaches like: THE DIAMOND BEACH, THE ATUH BEACH, THE THOUSANDS ISLANDS and other such beaches are only 5-10 mins away. The rooms were in a brand new condition and ver The bed was very comfy and bouncy. Blankets and towels were neat and clean. We were also provided with international charging adapter which was very very needful that helped us in charging our phones cameras and all other gadgets. There were big glass windows and doors which let the sunlight pass in during the day time provided with big curtains too👍🏼 The washroom was big enough provided with soap, shampoo, tissue paper and a rack to hang our towels, the shower was awesome with both hot & cold water 24hrs available, even the water pressure was very high👍🏼 They have scooter rental and taxi pick up and drop facilities too👍🏼 They also serve breakfast lunch and dinner which was very very tasty and healthy, you need not go anywhere outside for food simply order and the food is served within 20 mins, and the prices were also cheaper from the restaurants 👍🏼 PROS:- 1. Lovely big clean comfortable rooms with lovely views and terrace. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of options. Would highly recommend! Probably need your own transportation to eat around the island though

It’s far away from everything. You must have a bike to be there. Get one around the port to get there if you wanna save some money, cause the bike rental is more expensive there. Ants in the food and the doors were not closing without the key :(

We stayed there a week and it was nice. Comfy and beautiful. Can order from your room. Beautiful and friendly staff. Would recommend if you don’t mind the distance
