Not really a problem, but there are farmers with lots of roosters around...it's like that everywhere, get some earplugs and enjoy the beautiful place!

Soundproofing between rooms is very poor. There is an echo chamber effect.

The hot spring swimming pool with an amazing view on the mountains was really great. Perfect to relax after climbing on Mount Batur. Staff is very kind and welcoming and the food is nice.

Amazing views from the property, with top views on the Mont Batur and mountains by the lake. Very kind and helpful staff, all good felt like a warm welcome. Rooms are big and bed comfortable ! Def worth the price. Also very close to the start of Mont Batur hike (couple of minutes by car).

The place is a perfect start for the hike. Close to the mountain and also to the lake for romantic dinner with your loved one or by yourself. The owner has its own roasters. Ask the employees for more information. Once in a lifetime experience! 5 stars!

Lots of flies in the area and no choices of places to eat or facilities to cook! Very rural.

Missed breakfast because we went on the trek.

Great place. Only stayed one night to do the Mt Batur trek would have liked to stay longer. Friendly, helpful staff. The hot spring pool was wonderful especially after the trek.

No sound insulation, everything is very loud, but it could be romantic for someone. You hear your neigbours, the chickens, dogs, other animals, like in the countryside. The shop is near, but you must walk cc.10 min through vegetable fields without lighting in the dark. There are a lot of dogs, however they looked friendly. Only thing I disliked is the price of the trekking. The track starts right next to the house, however you should pay 500.000/person to the guide. For 2 of us it was 1 million. It is not a fair price, if you need transfer from another town you pay similarly the same price. Our badluck was that we arrived too late and did not have the opportunity to go to the village centre to look for another option, so we had accepted their offer.

Peaceful, nice, comfortable and kind. Right next to the trekking route of mount Batur. Staff is very nice, kind and helpful. The food they prepare is very delicious. The hot spring pool is amazing. The room was spacious, light and clean. This is a good choice if you like nature, mountains and tranquility next to the fields.

The views and the hot water pool were amazing! We served our breakfast by the pool. The rooms were so nicely decorated! You can see the mountain and the volcano from there. The bathroom was gorgeous too!

Nice and clean place! Guys helped us to organise the tour to Batur volcano to see the sunrise! There are 2 swimming pools with hot water which were great for recovery after the volcano tour!

Everything ,but mostly the people were wonderful! The location for hiking the mountain, couldn’t have been better! The hot spring fed pool was great for the sore muscles, after the hike👍
