The beach cottage at a great location. The beach view from the room gives you a different type of experience which I remember in whole life. Breakfast is also good. The host behaviour is very polite. Our stay is fabulous and recommended for couples.

It is not possible to have lunch or dinner yet.. I know the owner is still developing the place that would be an addition especially with young kids.

This place had the perfect view , it is quiet but still some places nearby to have lunch or dinner. The owner is very helpful and friendly. The pool is wonderful with young kids, also the sea is nice to have a little swim. Massages to your room are also a plus.

I loved everything

Everything about this place is 10/10. We booked room with private pool for our honeymoon and it was a great experience. We had floating breakfast in the pool everyday. Location is good, just 7 mins from harbour. This place is literally on the beach, just 10 steps and you enter the sea. Special mention to Mr. Agar, our host, who doesn’t shy to go out of his way to help every guest.

The property is close to the main road so your head the scooters and cars. But the owner provide earplugs.

We had the pleasure to stay at Beach house Penida for 3 nights. The host is absolutely kind and very helpful. The place is very very clean and all brand new. The room is spacious, they provide service for scooter rental, laundry and transport to the harbours. We had a great time! ☺️

Lack of the fridge in the room. Breakfasts were served in a great place and atmosphere, but we would appreciate asian breakfasts instead of toasts and jam. Anyways, it was tasty and we totally recommend the place.

There was no fridge in the Bungalow... But cold drinks for a low price were available at the reception. So no big deal.

Great place and great Host! The Bungalows are really nice and the Location is awesome. You can chill on your porch and look directly towards the ocean. Quality time! And you can actually go swimming right there and snorkel too. The owner helped us a lot with snorkeling tours, a Scooter and everything else we needed. Really nice. There are some nice Restaurants just down the road or along the beach too. I would really recommend the place.

The sound from the road did not disturb us much. We did not notice it sitting in the terrace but you could hear it in the morning. We did not need to use the ear plugs that were provided.

Beautiful location 30 m from the sea. Perfect to relax on the terrace in front of our room and go into the ocean for a dip the next second. Room and bathroom clean and smelt good. Comfortable bed. Desk and kettle in the room. AC with nearly no sound. Very helpful and kind host that helped with advice of where to go. He rents out good scooters and can drive you to the port when you leave. Simple but nice breakfast.

It is very noisy due to the traffic, it dies down at night but starts early in the morning. Aga provides ear plugs for this which are very good at noise blocking. There is an air con in the Villa which was pretty good, although when it’s quite warm it can struggle. The shower temp was quite variable.

The location of the villas were perfect, right on the beach. It’s a little way from the harbour (about half hour walk) but the stretch of beach alongside it has many beach clubs, bars and restaurants within 10 min walk, very convenient. The size of the villas were great, they had an entrance area, large bathroom and then the living/bedroom area that looked out over the beach (stunning view!). Every morning there was breakfast at the reception overlooking the beach, with coffee, fresh juice, toast, condiments and the option to have a freshly cooked egg. Aga (the host) was so professional and friendly and fascinating to talk to, a true gem. There is access to a little pool which is right on the beach if you don’t feel like leaving the villa and at reception there is a fridge you can buy a variety of drinks including water, Bintang or soft drinks. Aga also offers a range of services including moped hire, harbour transfer, massage in your room or getting laundry done.

Great location in a beautiful island. Near to the port, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Staff were excellent, easy scooter hire, trips organised and booked for us, transfer to the port easily arranged. Would definitely recommend.

Loved everything!!!!

My husband and I loved this gem! Perfect location and the owner was so wonderful and helpful, he rented us a Scooter in great condition to handle the steep and unpredictable roads for our whole stay. We followed all his recommendations that were reliable and perfect for an amazing visit of adventures. But the best was the warm atmosphere he created and that you are right on the beach, to snorkel and walk down to other restaurants and more.

Unfortunately, as per previous comments, there is quite a bit of road noise, but depends if you are a light sleeper! They do supply ear plugs.

Absolutely fantastic host. Organised our collection from the ferry, day trip and snorkel trip. Nothing was a problem. The bungalows face the beach which is lovely. Communicated well after the booking was made and answered any questions I had. We preferred walking along the beach rather than on the road. From your bungalow turn right along the beach and quite a few options for meals. Water filter in the breakfast area is a bonus too.

Everything was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!

The hospitality!!! I felt like being at home. The room excellent, quiet, in front of the sea with the view of the volcano mountain. A perfect place to relax listening the birds on the trees and the waves in the sea. The owner, a very kind person, takes care for everything. It was well above our expectations!
