The room was extremely hot. It made it very difficult to sleep. I'm normally fine without air conditioning, but there was only a ceiling fan that barely did anything. The room needs a fan at least. There were also cockroaches in the bathroom.

Breakfast isn't included. The air conditioning was too loud, so that we had to turn off while sleeping. There isn't any parking, altough we were allowed to park just in the entry. The worst is the noise of builder building the swimming pool. I hope next guests can enjoy it.

The room was quite clean and decent. We had soap and toilett paper. The room was big enough for three people. The hostel is well located. The place was nice and quite in general.

The only inconvenience was cold water and very weak pressure of the water. Washing hair especially after the beach was a little problematic. On the other hand for this price it was excellent accommodation 💛🌴🌅

Nonstop reception, very friendly and helpful people. Amazing garden, very close to the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. I loved the idea of the library in the reception.

Sheets were a little stained in places, some of the fans need a little maintenance and shower’s don’t have hot water; but these are small details. Overall a very nice place

Just a couple of things to potentially improve on; the first is adding Air con to the room as the fan wasn’t really enough to keep me cool during the time that I spent in the room. Another would be to change the bed linen at least every couple of days as during my time in Bali it was very humid and so having the bed linen changed regularly would have made the world of difference. But apart from those couple of points all in all it was a very good stay.

A great location in central Kuta; Just a short walk to the beach, shops and many cafes and restaurants. The hotel also had its own swimming pool which was the perfect way to cool off in Bali’s tropical climate. The room was spacious, had a comfortable bed and had its own porch. All in all in had all of the necessities for your stay in Kuta. The staff were friendly throughout my stay at the hotel. I would highly recommend the Berlin Inn to anyone that’s planning on staying in Kuta, the price is excellent for what you get and the location puts you right in the heart of everything that Kuta has to offer.

Our fan didn’t work on the highest setting, but on a low setting with the air con it was great anyway nice and cool.

Beautiful pool and sun loungers that we were allowed to use the entire day after we checked out! Couldn’t recommend more thank you! Also amazing shower pressure and hot water!

The staffs were very kind and helpful also the pool was excellent. It was very quiet so we could sleep very well. It would be great if they could offer a breakfast.. anyway we so much enjoyed the stay in Kuta and we’ll definitely come back to this hotel in the future. Thank you!!!
