Villas need refresh, broken pieces of furniture etc, bed uncomfortable and found it hard to get in and out because it was on a raised platform. The private plunge pool needs to be cleaned/drained daily. Very noisy, construction in the villa next to me until into the evening. Food at restaurant needs to change, needs bigger variety of western breakfast

The room in general was dirty, the towels, the toilet, the bed and some dishes and glasses in the restaurant were dirty as well, the hairdryer was coming out some electricity.

The door to the room didn't close correctly. Therefore, I couldn't lock it. Got a breakfast box on the morning of departure, full of ants, so I couldn't eat any of it

Location is perfect for transit, not far from the airport. The bathroom a bit dirty, but the room is spacious.

The furniture was not modern , the room balcony door was broken , there was lizards in the room The bath tub had stains , the floors were dirty. Outside was infested with mosquitoes and in the room too. Breakfast was average.

The aircond is not functioning, only second night the technician fix but the temperature also just so so. The toilet door is not in hood condition and the water pressure is very low. Cleanliness can be improved.

I booked 2 room, 1 room queen bed and 1 twin bed, but when we check in, they prepare 2 room with 2 queen bed. And the AC have trouble, every less than 30 minute shut down by self and not cool enough , 3 Times happened and I request to move. Also no towels when we check in . So I have to call back FO. This room should be ready before we check in, we were check in late like 3PM . Next pool or jaccuci next shower area also no water. The food during breakfast, specially croissant was hard, what kind of bread hard like this,

List wifi for a day. Asked three times to get a towell. Restaurant menu for lunch/dinner very minimal. Couldn't even get a diet coke. Not clean for such a nice looking place. Shower curtains, bath, shower glass, bathroom in general pretty unclean. Mould behind toilet door etc. Be a good idea if guests had ready access to pool towels

Private pool was not clean. There was leakage in bathroom, and it was always wet. AC was noisy. The room had no fan if you want to switch off the AC
