We have a very good experience staying here! They provide such an amazing services, friendly and helpful staffs also made us feel so comfortable. The room also clean and spacious. They have bubble soap for the bath up that i love the most! The outdoor bathroom is totally perfect! We love our stay here and definately will come back soon!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

The worst hotel never seen my life , I stayed 4 days the first day no water for bath &toilet 2 nd day onwards no hot water and dam slow the water like pee

Closest to airport around 5-10mins depends on the traffic.the room quite nice, got so many mirror easy for me to makeup.but I didn’t expect the toilet is outside and it’s open toilet!! first experienced for me.very romantic.i loved it so much!! And they give us a welcome dessert witn a warmest wishes!!

Rooms is spacious But bathroom and toilet so dirty. This hotel is so old and sliding doors from our room could not even lock. We were barricaded sliding door with 🪑 from room.

Only like the bed and staff were really friendly. Location ok but no massage around. Will I stay again in the future? Definitely Not😢. Breakfast was 👍🏼

place is run down. cleanliness not so great. a lot of mosquitoes , suggest to buy mosquito spray from nearby alfamart and spray before sleep.

I didn't liked anything...dear best western kuta villa ,show me one thing which I like here. Dirty room Dirty bathtub dirty toilet Dirty bed ,bedsheet,pillow, Dirty kettle Dirty private pool Dear property, we are paying for room.. cleanliness is first priority for everyone,, achieve that first then later post types of room..etc etc facilities...

Let me tell you my experience.. since this near to airport I booked this property for 2 nights as I was reaching to bali at midnight..I booked deluxe room so that I can take rest and expected it will be clean as it is 4 star property..but when I reached there they offered me free upgrade and they have room with private pool..one of the worst room in my life ..that is not a private pool..it's a fish aquarium in size with drainage or garbage dump box... That level dirty..and they told this is the highest level of room they have..as I reached midnight I just compromised to stay...and all night I was searching for other nearby room...next day morning I asked them to give me the room which is atleast clean and neat ..they told me ,in that case as per original booking we will give delux room...so they showed me the room..and that room was little good and clean... immediately I shifted to that room.... For all my suggestion is..never book any higher level room here...just go for deluxe rooms only..once u visit reception take right and go inside..there are few rooms which are clean and ok ok type...if u think private pool etc etc facilities u will end with losing money .. This is not best Western This is WORST WESTERN Mark my words ,, never book other than deluxe...if u really need it near airport then stay for one night...with deluxe room..else go for IBIS just 100mtr from this property..which is very good .

.They got a lot of complaints about it not clean and they never did anything regarding that. Very not clean. Pellows were so dark. We had to ask for pellow covers. We had to check out early. We couldn't stand sleeping there. Not hot water in the inside shower. Very dirty floors. Booking didn't even refund us

In built mini swimming pool not maintained well. Not usable condition. Breakfast fast not having enough variety. Hotel location away from city. Spa not readily available, as required. Overall room cleanliness to be improved

The room was not like in the phots on line. The bathroom was not functioning properly. There was no hot water, and water pressure was weak. The sink tap was dull and not clean properly. The pool outside the room was dirty, and rust all over the shower tap was not working properly.
