We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hong KongPersonally I don't have any unlike, but my friend find that there's stain on her bedsheet which was not changed for two nights (we stayed two nights only) and she felt unacceptable for a four/five-star hotel.
The locationi is just within 20mins drive to airport. Also, the breakfast is really good and with a variety of food.

SingaporeThe food service could be improve in terms of preparation period which took around 30-45mins on a quiet evening. Food delivery riders aren't allowed to go up the lobby and as the hotel is located on a hill, it takes quite an effort to get down to collect the food instead of the hotel lobby.
Situated in a quiet neighborhood where you practically can access everything right within the hotel vicinity. It has a supermarket, a local shopping mall and a buffet that is just for everyone. It has local and international food fare. The ala carte menu is above-average not based on the quality but more towards the preparation that took a little longer than expected (around 30-45mins) even on a quiet evening.

SingaporeBatam have many naturally grown vegetables and fruits and you should be using these for your food and beverage rather than imported food. Would be good to have cooking workshops with visit to the wet markets and farms.
Unfortunately breakfast was not as great as my first visit where you had the nutritious drink like ginger, turmeric and even Japanese food. And more quality healthy selection which was different and one of the main reasons I went for the second visit and brought my family. So I was disappointed. herb drinks

SingaporeWent in 2022 and again recently, the aircon on level 11 room 27 was kinda spoilt cause eventhough we set the temp to 30°C it was still cold. Something has to be done.

SingaporeIt would be a plus if the property conducts maintenance checks on the rooms’ amenities periodically. Simple things like leaking bidet hose, wardrobe light sensors and the loud clicking sound of the toilet door when it’s opened and closed. Do a quick check on the room before allocating to guests would also be a plus. Would have picked up things such as a missing ashtray in a smoking room, no small towels and toilet roll.
Cosy and comfortable. Good breakfast spread and very attentive head chef whom went the extra mile to the minute details. Staffs were prompt to fix some maintenance issue in the room. Appreciate the complimentary mini bar.

This hotel is great and it has a good view with infinity swimming pool. The breakfast selection is nice with wide variety. The rooms are wide with comfy beds.
