Great Facilities and excellent.breakfas.t . Very clean room and comfortable..Smooth Check in .Hospitality staff was superb with Mr Robet and Mr Perdi. Definitely will go to Panbil Best Western Batam again. Highly recommended.for any tourist to stay in this superb hotel.

Location was a distance away from the city. No nearby 24hrs shops or eateries within walking distance.

Excellent facilities, friendly staffs and you get to enjoy complimemtary room mini bar. Good breakfast spread provided. Infintity pool with great view.

The bathroom was choke on the first night of stay and was smelly. Thankful that the chokage issue didn't happen again after our feedback the next morning. New towels were not provided after room make up everyday when the used one was taken away. We have to call for new towel every evening when return to the room.

The bed and pillow, gym facilities, and Eska wellness spa in the hotel are good!

The hotel staff was really outstanding. Very professional in what they are doing. Me & wife stayed in the Executive King Suite and the room was clean, big n bed is really comfortable. Had a great massage at Eska as well. Hotel is recommended for all.

there is a free pool table guest could play on 2nd floor, just beside the bar which along with the swimming pool. while the pool table is free, the bar staff quite hard selling their drinks, if i play the pool with my friend, both in evening and morning, it ended up like paying to play the pool while we are full after breakfast and lunch, i really do not like the way they keep asking me buying drinks, very hard selling, can't imagine this kind of service happened on 5-star hotel, maybe can consider downgrade their star to 4-stars hotel service for this bar.

The staff very helpful in checkin and changing my room to non smoking while booking.com didn't show it when i booked it.

The breakfast in the executive lounge was terrible. We waited 30 mins to be served stone cold cooked food. The hotel charged my credit card in USD rather than rupiah without checking with me.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was great. The top floor bar was fun with a good band. The spa treatments were excellent.

The pool is a little small, in one of the room toilet the hot water isn't working, otherwise ok

Hotel restaurant change the menu with not much variety, breakfast was not the same as the last time. Use to have so much varieties and the 3 days we were there the breakfast menu is almost the same. Location wise not much of an issue for us as we commute via grab/own driver.

My family and I stayed at BWP Panbil Hotel for quite a number of times before covid. Cleanliness of the hotel is still the same as previous time. Room comfort is the same too only that the shower tap handle loose. Other than that the stay was good

1) The noise from opposite rooms (rooms weren't soundproof so you can hear the noises they made). We were unfortunate on our first night to have opposite neighbours who seem to be like a big family. Their kids were running and screaming, adults were talking as if they were in a kampung. 2) The wooden floor in the Exec room has gaps that may be dangerous for crawling babies. 3) The bed made crackling sound each time I move up/down from the bed 😂

Almost everything! The breakfast spread in the weekend was better than on a weekday (obviously haha). The pillows were better than the ones I have at home! The Exec rooms were huge though different layouts. Satisfying size! When our key cards failed to work on the morning before we checked out, we made a call for help from the phone at the lobby on our floor. We were asked to wait. Within 2 minutes, the staff reached with a working replacement card. All without the hassle of us going down for card replacements! Amused indeed. The swimming pool was great too, except the kids pool were freezing cold. Hope the Management can consider installing a heating system for the kids pool. The Eska branch at the hotel has amazing service. But do take note of the extra service charge they have (compared to branches outside the hotel).

the room we were allocated to was actually still occupied and the desk staff gave us the key to go up to the room, imagine the shock when we went in and saw someone's luggage on the floor, would have been a shock to us if the same happened to us

very good staff service, friendly and prompt, location is so-so but easy to reach if you take cab, the eska spa is just right in the hotel which is a great convenience

Breakfast-: Not up to my expectation, although is more variety but taste is so so, mostly is more to local taste. Pool:- No chance to use the pool since the opening hrs is from 6am to 6pm, close too early.
