Access to the lobby, hidden in the parking is a bit wierd. Furthermore, all independent and slow elevators… not that disturbing though.

Rooftop has a nice view over the town, good to have a beer in the evening. Massage service on the room was also a good way to relax.

Your management really need to be strict about guests ethic. Too noisy for leisure. Some guests can play music loudly with their door opened, they shout, even the kids can run in the aisle and treat it as their own property. Your staff can't be contacted from the room gadget. Shower room is too small and not a good design. The location is a bit weird surrounded by locals housing not a good view especially from the room. Your rooftop food quality is disappointing especially bakso malang. Cause me diarrhea. The other foods are still make sense. The pool is only for kids. Terrible for adults. Receptionist need to inform guest earlier about car parking stamp. Can cause hassle.

If you about to have a morning walk, then the Botanic garden is a good option to visit near the hotel. The best shopping mal in town can be reached by walk. The lunch buffet is quite good. The SOFA resto in this area is much better than the rooftop restaurant. Bed is superb. They have live music every Saturday night and Wednesday. Their singer is surprisingly good. It has rooftop, good for chillin. Helpful , humble staff. Lifts are good and clean, although it can be smelly sometimes.

We found some hairs in the hotel room from previous guests. Also the breakfast/dinner buffet could have been better.

We had a very nice stay in Bigland hotel. The staff is very friendly and helping you to give the best experience! The location is quite good and close to the botanic garden. The price for the quality provided is very good.

Lack of amenities for the apartment type room. No fridge in the room. No kitchen ware.

The hotel location in the central of city. How easy it was to reach the hotel. There is a mini market at basement, and very close to one of the biggest family mall in the city.

Staff are not too friendly or welcoming - too stiff, tried to act professional, but it was a weekend, so smile and be friendly a little, ask questions if guests know Bogor, have a city map could be an idea. I appreciate we stayed in the apartment side, but no phone or a fridge? this could be improved, no?

the restaurant and pool area are good, though during the day there are more children in the pool, so it is a family hotel. The shop downstairs is a great, but the receptionist failed to mention or promote this.

The kids running up and down the halls and screaming they don't have phones in rooms you can't order room service except through Whatsapp and then if you can contact someone about room service then goto dinner and pay for one person then 2 people my wife left I went to dinner was charged more by myself which is not right

My room (executive suite) was a smoking room, so the room had a bad smell from that. If you are on a business travel be careful with advance payment through booking.com: the hotel rejected to issue an invoice, while booking.com insists, that only the hotel can issue a taxable invoice.

The view is amazing, both from my room in the 20th floor and from the rooftop restaurant. Generally the services are good. The hotel was very crowded on the weekend with lots of local functions and meetings. But especially at the weekend there were nice special food offers.

The swimming pool needs to be cleaned more often as flying leaves and debris floats and also settled at bottom of the pool.

The room is well worth it. Locationwise, though a bit off the main road but you should use the main road, slightly farther, instead of the residential back lanes.
