Mosquito coils or bug spray provided in the rooms. Quilt's should be provided on all beds, rather than just a piece of fabric.

There are improvements that could be made but, given the value for money, I was happy to accept no fridge, no TV, no coffee station, etc., in room. It did not detract from my experience at all.

Very quirky, traditional and great location. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff provided the best service and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. The pool area was private and secluded. The ambience would appeal to those looking for something a bit different, very traditional, in Bali.

The place is old, and in need of a renovation. Location is incorrect on the booking.com map. It shows on the beach, but it is at least a hundred meters up a street that leads to the beach.

The room was old, but comfortable, aircon effective, and wifi reliable. The included breakfast was the best part of the stay, a choice of 4 ready dishes, plus an egg bar and toaster. It's very close to the beach, but not on the beach as the booking.com listing indicates, and has a range of warungs and restaurants nearby.

Moved here in order to work and it was great. I had a little garden room with my own entrance. On arrival I was brought a welcome drink and a fruit snack which was a nice touch. The wifi was really good and I could do all my zoom calls etc with ease - digital nomad recommend! It was nice to have my own space to come in and out of - the room was a decent size with large bed and own bathroom. Everything was clean and staff were super friendly and helpful. I was only there one night but the location was excellent and in the midst of everything and lots of lovely nightlife. The included breakfast was delicious and a nice start to the day. Would recommend!

Nothing really, the rooms are a little tired but lovingly decorated and the bathroom ceilings are party open to the sky so not airconned but not really a negative.

It is the most beautiful hotel. Breakfast was great. Staff arranged a fair priceed transfer for us. Swimming pool looked inviting. Lovely terraces in front of your bungalow open to the pretty garden

Bathroom was really in need of maintainence, no hot water forthcoming. Sink leaked, and the plinth to stand on while taking a shower was a tad precarious.

I liked the traditional look and the chilled out vibe. Loved the restaurant. And the quiet after hours.

No mosquito net around the bed, so where the bathroom is open air many bugs and mozzys get in and buzz in your ear when you sleep. Also air on smells damp, think it needs to be cleaned.

Given the price, the hotel can’t be faulted. It might not have some of the facilities such as a hairdryer, high spec bathroom of other hotels however it is excellent value and we would definitely revisit.

Staff were really helpful arranging trips and (an extremely good) driver for our onwards journey to Batur. Hotel close to the centre, and good breakfast included.

The facilities and room prep before we checked in weren't optimal. We didn't have any tissues in the room and the toilet was slightly dirty.

The location is pretty much walking distance from everything you need. There's restaurants, shops, the beach and all the water activities you would crave. The krisna watersports park is 7 minutes away and they offer pickup services so it's quite simple to enjoy pretty much everything the north side of Bali has to offer. In addition, there's all kinds of tourist offices that offer good trips and good transportation/shuttle to other cities for really good prices.
