Exceptional location. Very short walk from the top of the Bingin Cliff. Smack bang next door to Cashew Tree Friendly staff, very clean rooms. Only stayed overnight but would definitely stay longer

Door a bit hard to close. Had to take fast shower as the water was clogged and took them 2 days to fix it. Difficult to have someone available at reception when you need them.

The location is perfect, right next to a really nice restaurant called The Cashew Tree. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the outside area is peaceful and the staff are all super friendly!

However, while the location was fantastic and room is very spacious and nice, unfortunately, the condition of the bathroom was disappointing. The sink and toilet were not stable, and the shower required attention. Additionally, cleanliness seemed to be an issue, as the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned.

I really liked the location. The property was just a couple of minutes from Bingin Beach by walk. Right next to the property is a market and a very nice restaurant with great food, as well as a gym. Also 2 minutes from there is a spa center

Roosters nearby woke us up daily at 4:30 am. No hot water for showers.

Great location next to a delicious restaurant serving all meals and desserts. Beautiful beaches within walking distance (5-30 mins). Rooms were esthetic. Mart next door for water and groceries at a low price.

That wasn't the cleanest accommodation I stayed in Bali, Pool is tiny and felt a little dirty, no water provided. Also there wasn't even soap in our bathroom.

Location is excellent, you can walk to the beach, there's gym and restaurant just next door, you can rent a bike in the building just across the street. Large bed.

Could have been cleaner - the first bathroom smelt of cigarettes, the manager moved me immediately to another room after I contacted him on Whatsapp. However the second bathroom also wasn’t very clean - there was a dirty cleaning cloth still in there when I arrived, the tap wobbled a lot, and the floor in the bedroom needed sweeping. There was animal mess in the lawns and piles of laundry everywhere. The pool also needed cleaning. When I first arrived none of the staff acknowledged or spoke to me - however it improved quickly. I think my negative experiences were just bad luck to be honest and the coinciding of public holiday

The pool is big, the rooms are spacious and the the bed is huge. Comfortable bedding and good air conditioning. The staff are kind and friendly. The manager was responsive on WhatsApp despite it being a public holiday. Good location - walking distance to cafes and to Bingin beach. Next door to the cashew tree - nice restaurant with fitness classes. Quiet and private. Very peaceful and dark in the evenings.

Hotel won't supply any drinking water and refuses to fill an empty drinking fountain that they have located near the rooms. Bathrooms need a thorough clean & scrub. Gardens around the 3 front villas need to be better maintained and cut back the overgrown bushes and grass. No notice given about a neighbouring property having a large late night concert that meant no sleep until well after midnight. Majority of staff make zero effort to be helpful or friendly.

Great location for cafe's and restaurants and convenience store which the hotel owns, nice spacious pools. Provides good quality pool/beach towels

Water in the pool is like a hot soup but all the beautiful beaches in the area make it up.

Very cute bungalows with access to a nice garden and pool. The rooms are very minimalistic and the furniture isn’t pretty for my liking but its clean and honestly you get everything you need being in uluwatu. The value for the money you pay is 10/10. the staff is helpful and kind. The property is located in a nice location, 10mins walking distance to the bingin beach

I wish they served breakfast and maybe put proper bathroom matts on the floor as it can be slipper. If you want to have a super quiet nights, and not hear some early work out music book the suite room as it is far from the noise :)

We rented a suit with kitchen and two rooms! It was superb and we loved having a private space to our self. It was so great to have cashew tree next door as we love it there. We were furthest away from the bar noise so slept like a baby everynight. We enjoyed our stay
