The breakfast spread had a variety. The travel desk was really helpful in planning day trips with a toddler. They even ensured we had a friendly yet professional driver.

The shower heads could do with attention, leaky connections spray everywhere. My safe didn't work and the bedside light flickered.

You are right in the middle of it all but once in the Resort it is quiet and relaxed. The pool backs onto the beach and has nice facilities. Great variety on the buffet breakfast.

There was just a few maintenance issues that needed to be rectified. Curtain rods falling off. Lights to the cupboard wouldnt turn off. Ants in the kettle. Bath was a bit slippery

It's a 5* resort, so expect to pay higher prices for food and drinks.

Staff friendly and polite. The bedroom is large, clean, and well furnished. It is situated on a busy main street with many shops and restaurants, but as the resort is well set back, there were very little outside noises. The private beach is small but sandy. There were many unoccupied sun loungers.

There is nothing I didn't like

This is where we stay before heading to the airport for the overnight flight home. It has spacious rooms with a balcony or terrace to sit and enjoy the beautiful gardens. It is on the beach if you want to ocean swim, the pool area is large and v pleasant. Lots of activities going on if that is your thing but easy to find a quiet spot if needed. Entertainment finishes early at night so easy to sleep.

Had a cockroach on our bed after it was cleaned, breakfast was ordinary all over the place and room service food was no good & laundry was very expensive

Sometimes after taking a shower, it did not smell nice in there. I think it might come from the sewer.

The inner yard is very beautiful. You may use the exit to the beach in order to stroll alongside the beach. Though the resort is right in Kuta, it was surprisingly quiet when I was on my balcony 😍

Although not a big deal I found the cups for tea and glasses for cold drinks are too small which meant multiple trips back and forth. The beach is littered with plastic, rubbish and broken coral which makes it uncomfortable. I also acknowledge that tourist like me have a responsibility to contain our footprint when visiting their shores.

Bintang Bali was a great place to stayThe room was lovely and clean with an outside seating area. Great air con, wifi in the room. Breakfast had so many choices and was a good start to the day. The pool area was great with access to the beach. The hotel was just a short walk away from a Mall, eateries, Beauty Therapy, massages and a laundry place.
