The pool is a little too deep

This was a very clean property with a lovely swimming pool area. There were enough pool loungers. The pool bar staff were very friendly.

I did ask for a dual beds (as opposed to a single king bed), but didn't get that. My daughter is only 5, so we could share a king bed, but would've been an issue had she been older. But that's a minor thing.

We only stayed one night, so we didn't explore everything. My daughter and I both loved the pool. The food at the Wharf Bar was good, as was the breakfast. Staff were nice and accommodating. Room was decent. Very close to the airport so ideal for us who had an early departure time.

I loved the vibe of the place. The trees and grass made it very pretty. The rooms are cleaned daily and feel fresh. The breakfast is super generous and delicious and the staff are beautiful people. I have nothing bad to say about the place. The cold plunge pool was so good too!

Flying termites inside the room, on the floor, in the bed, on the pillows, cockroach in the bathroom, very old and deteriorated furniture and bathroom door, dirty curtains, dirty minibar, not working heating system (humidity is high and in the morning you will need to increase a bit the temperature), lot of space beneath the doors from balcony and entrance (insects and Gecko getting inside the room very easily).

Something was up with the room’s aircon. It made the room quite damp. Apart from this our stay was great

All good just change the breakfast menu of Indian section. Its same everyday.

There was not a thing to point out, besides the short menu on one of the restaurants.

The room had a really good size for two, well equiped, confortable and clean. The breakfast had many options, buffet style, with very good food. The location was perfect for tours pick up and drop off. Nearby, there are many stores, restaurants and some markets. The barbecue night was one of the best nights in the hotel.

The most uncomfortable pillows ever!

A resort is a resort is a resort. The facilities were sound, big pool and pool bar was great. Lots and lots of lounge chairs in the shade and the sun. The staff were absolutely exceptional! But the pillows on the beds were very very uncomfortable, not what I expect in a large resort.

When we arrived 5:20 pm We checked in, they assigned us the rooms and the bellboy accompanied us to the room, when we opened the door the room was dirty and disorganized he apologized to us

Beach bar and room service close at 22:30. Luckily a 24/7 minimarket by the entrance.

The whole experience was great. I loved the big choices for breakfast. Good blackout curtains in the rooms.

The pillows could use an update. Also the guests in the room above us were very noisy moving furniture all the time at 12.30 at night.

Rooms are really out dated. I booked 7 rooms, four of them had either water leaks of drainage issues and door issues. Bill payment administration is very poor. Cannot credit to your room most of the time.

Location was good, good breakfast with lots of different varieties of multicultural foods. Big swim, with lots of deep ends. Garden was very clean.

Gluten free options for meals.

We had a suite on the ground floor facing the pool with a large verandah which we loved. We got a couple of.sun lounges under the verandah and could sit there all day reading and relaxing.
