We stayed in Shinta Villa and it was, incredible. So big, with our own private pool, so quiet & peaceful ☺️ it was amazing. Staff are so friendly & helpful, food is fantastic, location is great & all for an excellent price. I recommend to all 11 out of 10 many thanks 🙏

Stayed in a 1 bedroom villa. It was so convenient being in a resort but we had total privacy in our villa. Huge comfy bed and massive bathroom. The pool was very refreshing. The buffet breakfast is fantastic, though caters more for Asian quests. Excellent location and Western shopping just next door.

the pathway from room to our private pool was uneven. needs levelling. not a huge problem for us but for an older couple could cause a fall(shinta villa)

the private courtyard, pool was refreshing and water temp great, the bathroom was huge, the lighting was great, room service was very quick, shade in courtyard was really good when sitting out there housekeeping was excellent

Breakfast can be improved little and cleaning near the pool area though I understand with all the vegetation and trees it hard to maintain.

This is an amazing property. We really loved it and enjoyed our stay. I am really pleased by their customer team (especially Paramita) who helped us in decorating the room for my wife birthday on short notice. They put the personal touch. All the staffs are friendly and location is spot on. Spa service were really good.

The pool is like a fountain, not a pool, and we couldn’t swim in it

Everything is nice clean comfortable. It is a spacious villa with one bedroom . The good thing that you can ask for extra bed and they will place it anywhere because the villa is huge .The location is nice but the pool is not nice at all.

The breakfast! A strange selection of food catering (understandably) to a culturally broad client base. But; it just didn’t feel fresh. Milk was off at one of the coffee stations for instance. Again, cannot fault the staff just feel like more attention to this most important meal for tourists visiting such luxurious destinations is required. The only other thing I could fault which is not really within anyone’s control and is purely anecdotal was the presence within the environs of our gorgeous villa what could only be described as a noisy ghost! This may appeal to some but was a little unsettling for us. I grew up in Indonesia and I forgot just how active the spiritual world is there. Apart from that - we loved it!!

Loved the room - more like a small house! Fantastic service and facilities in the villa. The staff were friendly, courteous and respectful. Pools were amazing - everything one should expect from a holiday destination such as Bali.

The "private pool" that belongs to the villa should rather be called a "plunge pool". The quality of the food (especially breakfast) needs improvement. The service is sometimes very slow.

We stayed at Villa Shinta, which is one of the three private villas belonging to this property. It is very spacious inside and also offers you a nice and tranquil outdoor area.

The air conditioning was very cold in the living space and not cold enough in the bedroom. We didn’t mention it because it was still fine. No microwave.

This villa was amazing. We stayed for 5 nights with my husband and 2 year old son and it was perfect. So lovely to wake up and be straight in the pool in privacy. Treated like royalty by the staff. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of variety and plenty of it. The resort pool and beach location was fanatic. Smart tv to watch Netflix. Easy to walk onto the street to do some shopping, get supplies or massages. Will absolutely be back.

Such a shame No sun gets in the garden where pool is as trees cover the whole area so very shaded such a pity as had to go and lay out in open whole point of having a private Villa and pool is to enjoy and lounge at your leisure but too shaded - breakfast isn’t the best could of been more selections for such a big hotel

we didn’t receive our drink upon arrival and I didn’t know how to arrange our transfer when we arrived at Bali so had to pay for a taxi this wouldn’t stop us going back though

My only suggestion would be to trim the trees over the pool to let some sun in, there is a bit too much shade, pool is lovely but very cold.

Loved the size of villa Shinta, the amenities and space, great aircon, and impeccably clean. Villa yard area was great, gorgeous gardens, and pool with a gazebo and sun lounges. The hotel grounds are very well kept, the resort is clean and inviting with very pleasant staff.
