The bungalow was spacious and I loved to have a patio where you could sit and relax in the shade with a nice garden view. The dive crew as well as the staff of the homestay were extraordinarily lovely and Komang made us feel at home at all times, he organized the tour through the national park and also the rides we needed. Diving and snorkeling was perfectly organized and he was very patient with me at the discover diving experience 😊 which is perfect to be done here as you can start to dive straight from the beach. The beach and all the restaurants and bars we went to were great and in really close walking distance.

The staff where friendly and knew their job well. The location was 100 metres from the beach and near several places to eat. The property had a dive shop attached and the guy who ran it, Eddie was very knowledgable, experienced, helpful and a really nice guy. There is also good snorkeling just off the beach. The rooms where large with air con, a massive comfotable bed, desk, tea coffee, cupboard, and had a toilet, sink and shower with hot water. There was also a large veranda with a table, seats, fan, clothes rack. The property had a pool and a large relaxing garden. The free breakfast was very tasty and there where several options. AWESOME

It gets rather hot and damp in the area compared to locations directly by the beach, other than that we were very satisfied with our stay.

Basic accommodation but everything is very well done. Particularly friendly, beautiful, well maintained gardens. Room has air-conditioning, a fan, and mosquito net for the bed. The homestay has some sort of relationship with a dive company who were able to arrange a snorkelling and dive trip to Menjangan Island at a very competitive price. There are a number of restaurants on the main street a hundred metres away, and beach is about same distance. Excellent breakfast. Also got the hotel to organise taxis when we came and when we left. Great stay. Biorock are trying to get away from over-use of plastics and provide fresh water in a large urn; the provided re-usable thermos containers to collect the water in. Great initiative.

A lot of insects and got badly bitten but part of that is being set back from the beach, nothing they can do about this. Aircon isn't very strong but moved me rooms which was kind.

Biorock staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly! The location is perfect for exploring Permuteran, there are several excellent eateries within walking distance. The beach is lovely! Thanks to the efforts of Komang and his biorock team, you can enjoy the rich biodiversity of fish and coral marine life by snokelling from the nearby shore less than 100 meters away. The excellent and well-organized scuba diving operation, Bali Ocean Reef, is onsite. Ayu is a highly capable guide and led great dives to Menjangan Reef. This homestay and the experiences it provided was a highlight of our trip!

Quiet comfortable bungalows in a garden setting. Excellent cooked breakfast. Very helpful friendly staff. Can arrange transport to any place in Bali. Dive shop next can arrange excellent diving and snorkeling excursions. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so comfortable.

Really nice atmosphere, very kind and helpful staff, super friendly and resoreceful owner with great location - 1.5 minutes from the beach and a fraction of the price when compared to the beach resorts! They have a super cool environment sea project going on (to restore the corals on the beach, worth supporting) and you can arrange all kind of sea related activities directly with the owner (scuba dive master himself) for reasonable prices and with a great team! 100% will recommend! Thanks again for your help, hopefully see you soon!

really lovely people, helpful with organising activities, Biorock is a great project and the owner is involved. the room was beautiful and comfortable with lovely outdoor seating area looking into a private, quiet garden. very short walk to the beach for snorkelling and walking. the Classic breakfast is outstanding - with a pot of strong coffee. we really enjoyed our stay.
