Stunning hotel! One of the we’ve stayed! The food is fantastic that we hardly ate out! Pool amazing! And the best of all the friendly staff always willing to help with a big smile on their face. Our daughter had a heat wave with stomachache and they went above and beyond to provide her with coconut, light food etc. thank you Bisma Eight team for making our stay memorable

I missed my breakfast the day I went for Mt. Batuk Sunrise and Hot Spring trek because the group returned at 12. Since this is a popular activity which most people visiting Ubud would do it would perhaps make sense to have longer breakfast hours or make exceptions for that day.

The room just blows you away when you first enter. The facilities are excellent. The breakfast is very well curated. Location is fantastic. Overall, the place to be off you are in Ubud.

Everything was perfect. The included breakfast was amazing, the meals we ate at the restaurant were stunning. The staff were incredibly helpful at all times. I didn't realise there was such disconnect between the villas and the main hotel, but as a family the villa suited us perfectly, and everything we needed was on site.

What we didn’t like was the noise from the restaurant above our room #202 it was constant with furniture being moved around which echoed down to our room. Another thing which was unpleasant was a couple of guests vaping next to us whilst we were having breakfast, surely smoking/vaping should be prohibited in your restaurant?

The room was lovely we absolutely loved the style and decor it was beautiful.

Construction work. And also bath tubs, it doesn't look hygienic. Main building rooms are a bit dark. Room service at main building was disappointing.

The main building room was ok but there was a construction work so it was noisy. The hotel upgraded us to villas. Villas are excellent with private pool. Internal design is also very calming. The restaurant where the villas located is very nice with delicious breakfast and dinner. Staff are very kind, helpful.

It’s allowed to smoke on a balcony in the room, so in case you are a non smoker and somebody below your room smokes - your room will smell after cigarettes even with closed doors. So would be really good if smoking would be allowed at designated areas only.

The living room is open air, so a little hot, and we could not leave nothing there, because monkeys might come.

Although situated in center of Ubud, very quiet. Staff is kindly, breakfast is good, and location is excellent. We enjoyed private pool and hot tub. Hot water was sufficient.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. Comms before our stay were quick and not just a baby cot but a full cot bed were provided for our daughter making her stay so comfortable. Staff at every point of the day were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was INCREDIBLE with the best oat milk latte I have ever had. The pool was quiet with incredible views and the room was spacious with a comfy super king bed. I miss the hotel even now and was very sad to leave!

The Bisma Eight hotel is hands down the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Ubud. The service from the staff is definitely top-notch, with impeccable attention to detail, a friendly attitude and the sense of nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are stunning, offering a luxurious and comfortable stay. You will find the nicest little treats like fruits and biscuits every day for you. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, they have an a la carte menu with some really good options - a perfect start to your day. Pool area is stunning and very relaxing. Overall, Bisma Eight is a must-visit for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Ubud.

the food is not that great, it's not bad, there's nothing wrong with it, but it's just fade, nothing interesting, nothing to say 'wow, this is delicious'. we stayed in a forest suite and the room was a bit to dark, there was not much natural light coming to the room

The gym is very small... Otherwise the place is perfect.

The list is endless... the hotel's strongest points are certainly the cleanliness and the customer service. The staff was extremely polite and prompt to help you with any requests. My sincere thanks to the kitchen staff who prepared our takeaway breakfast outside the normal hours as we had a very early check out. I also loved the idea they offer professional pictures taken in the garden.

I greatly enjoyed my stay in Ubud at Bisma Eight. The rooms were immaculate. The staff were very nice and attentive. The breakfast in the morning was huge, never left hungry. The location is 5 mins away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. I greatly enjoyed my stay.

I loved everything.

The hospitality of the staff was next level. Breakfast was really good and fresh. Amazing amenities. Yoga classes were perfect. The villa was nice and clean and the pool was bigger than we thought. They cleaned our rooms twice a day. Drivers from the hotel team took us everywhere, excellent service and pretty safe too. Will definitely be coming back!
