The place look amazing view from the room and hot spring swimming pool really bonus.don't worry when you arrive might shock a bit with the road to the place but when you are there it 's worth it so relax and quiet.staff are so friendly and helpful. Room good size nice view with balcony no air-conditioning but no need cool weather.got own restaurant authentic place food good and reasonable. At the hotel can help to organise the trekking or Jeep tour. We love this place we will be back.hot water shower nice

I knew this going in, but the flies can be bothersome during the day. So if you can’t handle that I wouldn’t stay anywhere in the caldera.

The location is an exception overlooking the lake, and the rooms are fabulously organic, full of wood and beauty. The bed is super cozy, the bathroom is large, and the hot pool is unbelievable after the hike up Mt Batur.

I loved the hot spring pool and the views. The breakfast was delicious. I stayed in the shared room, there is a locker, the toilet is clean and the shower is very nice too. It’s the perfect place to relax. The garden is beautiful! It’s close to the main road and only four minutes from the Indomaret. They provided me hot water when I asked.

extremely beautiful location. dorm room does the job. only one fan in there, but that actually was just enough since the mountains are a bit cooler. close to the hike route. one shower and one toilet, both worked and no problems sharing them. great hot pool. small breakfast but very good! not a lot of people so it's very chill there. would recommend and would go again!

Be prepared for swarms of flies. It's not a hotel thing, it's a Kintamani thing. I was told that it's the fields of onions that attract flies (don't know how true it is). So you'll have a ton of flies when you eat your meals, hike up Batur, or do whatever. The flies disappear closer to mid-afternoon, though. So be sure to order those fries for dinner!

I'm in love with the hot springs in the hotel. Absolutely gorgeous views. Oh, and be sure to order their French fries. As a person coming from a potato-loving culture, I really appreciated the fries. They are hand-made, not frozen, and cooked right there. Totally worth it!!! Oh, and the restaurant can accommodate vegetarian options. Love the inclusivity.

Wonderful view to lake, near volcano!!! Hot and warm pool with clean hotspring water. Pool changes every morning. Bali-style bungalow is nice and clean, good bed. Recommend!!!

the smell of rat droppings in the glamping room, the smell of urine in the glamping bathroom, the water is so hot in Joglo 1 and 2 that it scalds, the price of the extra bed is not worth it at a rate of 175 thousand mattresses, not for elderly people

There was nothing to not like.

The property was absolutely beautiful with hot spring pool and shower. Location was perfect for hiking Mt Batur with guides and trekking right from where you stay. I would stay here again if to repeat this adventure and highly recommend.

Amazing staff, especially the Mountain Guide, "Madearina" an excellent and very helpful guide who accomodated me last minute when my own tour guide was a no show. Madearinan provided lights, walking sticks, pictures, videos, so much information about the mountains and the area and life there... an amazing trip close to my heart... :) Oh I laso loved the hotspring pool on the hotel grounds 👍🏻
